歩行者地区の終わった道を渡ったところにホテルがあったので、歩いてでも市の中心地に行きやすかったです。- 車も、ホテル裏にちゃんとガレージがあってよかったです。 インターネット接続は部屋ではできませんでした。ロビーに一台無料で使えるPCがありましたが、日本語が見- れず残念でした。 |

立地も市内観光に適しているし、駐車場もあり、何よりスタッフの対応が好感が持てました。朝食もシンプルで- すが十分だし、部屋も清潔で、何よりもコストパフォーマンスが良い。次回も是非利用させていただきたいです- 。 |

部屋はきれいで、場所も、レストランや観光場所にも近くて便利でした。 インターネットが部屋で使えるとあったはずなのに、ケーブルをつなげても、何のシグナルもなく、つながって- ないようでした。レセプションにも相談しましたが、ロビーのＰＣを使ってくれといわれました。また、朝ごは- んもシンプルで、冷たいものばかりでした。せめてクロワッサンくらいは欲しかったです。 |

祝祭大劇場など主要な音楽祭の会場へ徒歩で可能。レストランも近くにあり便利。 真夏は空調がほしい |

フロントの接客態度が大変良い。掃除が隅々まで行き届いていて、部屋、ベット、すべてにおいて清潔でした。- 朝食のグラス、食器類もよく洗浄されており清潔。街の中心に位置しており、ロケーションはとても良い。さら- に駐車場（無料）があるので便利で経済的。 部屋がちょっと狭い、テレビの置き場所に困ったのかテレビが小さく、高くて見難い場所にあった。（特に大き- な問題ではない） |

部屋は少し狭いが朝食は豊富でおいしかった。駐車場が無料なのもよかった。 レンタカーで旅行したのでホテルのロケーションはとてもよい。 |

Good location and free internet. Nice people in reception. Near old town and shops. Room was very cold and in the shower corner there were black dots on the wall. Room smelled smoked, althought it should be unsmoked. I missed fruits and vegetables in the breakfast. |

clean, good staff and breakfast. Very convenient in town, 15 mins walk from rail station, reachable easily by public transport. 10 mins walk from old town The room we had was not connected to the full TV service, we only had 14 channels and none in English. Other rooms had full service including english channels.which we did not find out about until night 3. An offer to change was made at night 3 when we found out by accident, but by then it was really too late. There were no apologies or compensation at check, out. Otherwise a good tourist hotel. |

The service, the breakfast, the room were all excellent. It is located near to many cafes and restaurants and the main attractions of the town. It is a liitle further from the main train station.Our room was a liitle noisy from road noise and a room away from the street would be quieter. The rooms are bigger than average and well equipped. In general, the hotel offers excellent value for money. |

The staff on arrival were friendly and helpful. My room was facing the main road and traffic was noisy right up till early hours of morning |

Location excellent , staff very friendly, free parking , free internet, very clean. Breakfast just ok. Can be noisy with windows open but can close them and get fan from reception if very hot. |

The hotel is small but had an elevator, also parking was under cover and free, breakfast was included and very adequate the room was sparse and renovated and very clean. not really good value for money |

The staff were really friendly and helpful and the hotel was located within walking distance to most of Salzburg's sights. The room we stayed in was quite noisy and as there was no air conditioning, it was necessary to keep the windows open. |

Clean rooms, good breakfast spread, very close to the city centre I stayed in a room facing the main road and did not get much sleep as it was very noisy. Closing the window made it uncomfortably warm and the staff were not willing to change my room to the other side! |

The situation was ideal for exploring Salzburg. The room was clean, comfortable and functional. The reception staff were most pleasant and helpful. A good continental breakfast selection. |

Very close to Old Town and Marabelle Platz. 10 minute walk each way. Breakfast very good with large assortment. Staff very pleasant. |
