clean, good staff and breakfast. Very convenient in town, 15 mins walk from rail station, reachable easily by public transport. 10 mins walk from old town

The room we had was not connected to the full TV service, we only had 14 channels and none in English. Other rooms had full service including english channels.which we did not find out about until night 3. An offer to change was made at night 3 when we found out by accident, but by then it was really too late. There were no apologies or compensation at check, out. Otherwise a good tourist hotel.

Convenience to Salzburg attractions and very reasonable charges especially with breakfast included.

The staff on arrival were friendly and helpful.

My room was facing the main road and traffic was noisy right up till early hours of morning

The hotel is small but had an elevator, also parking was under cover and free, breakfast was included and very adequate the room was sparse and renovated and very clean.

Clean rooms, good breakfast spread, very close to the city centre

I stayed in a room facing the main road and did not get much sleep as it was very noisy. Closing the window made it uncomfortably warm and the staff were not willing to change my room to the other side!

The situation was ideal for exploring Salzburg. The room was clean, comfortable and functional. The reception staff were most pleasant and helpful. A good continental breakfast selection.

Receptionists were professional,willing and able to help.Room was quite comfortable,well furnished and clean.Breakfast was good.The location quite attractive being so close to the old town and the pedestrianised street.
