The best room that I have stayed during my trip to Rome, Florence, Venice, Milan, Prague and Austria. Room big and clean. Interior decoration is very nice. Really value for money. Also very friendly and helpful staff

The smell in the room. Someone was smoking nearby and the smell come in to my room.

The hotel is a lovely place to stay with family specially with small children.It gives a homely feel during the stay.The staff is extremely good and helpfull.The rooms are still designed in its heritage way which makes it beautiful and different to stay in.

Location wasn't the best, a 20 min walk from the altstadt but I guess you pay more to live closer!

I love this family-run hotel very much. Hotel is located in guiet area near Saltburg HBF. Staffs has been watching every guest for own comfort.

Very helpful hosts and staff. Clean facilities. 5 mins walk to main station, tour buses, and bus terminus to airport and town. 20 mins walk to town centre and 10 mins by bus. suited us perfectly for our week in Salzburg.

We did enjoyed breakfast, and especially old nice china.

Overall the hotell is a llitle bit shabby.

The hotel provide so warm service. Excellent foods and cookie. Good location. It is so close to train station.

Need to take transportation or walk more than 25 mins to the old town.

Design is absolutely marvelous! I loved our room with a over-bed decoration, really nice. Comfortable beds, big pillows. Good breakfast: boiled eggs made for you the way you prefer, cheeses (including brie, for example), hams, salami, breads of several kinds, fruits, vegetables, cereals, juice, milk, coffee, tea - all really fresh and totally enough for a good breakfast. There is a separate room for smokers with comfortable chairs, so those for whom is matters don't need to jump under the rain outside. I loved that the hotel supports bicyclers, although we did not use this opportunity but it is just pleasant. It's is really close from train station and there is a free parking next to the hotel which makes arrival very easy. Close from the city center - we walked (around 20 minutes). Staff was just great - friendly, cheerful and helpful at any moment! Very, very good hotel maintained with soul.

The owner was very helpful & the room comfortable & clean. There was a lift which is a big plus for us & breakfast was included. We also had free parking which is hard to get in europe. All in all a nice stay.

Our room was clean and comfortable. I like the addition of the radio in the room. We would definitely consider coming back here in future.

Very nice hotel, lots of charm. Very close to train station. Close enough to city center either walking or taking a bus/tram. Staff exceptionally helpful. Breakfast was expansive with eggs if you like.
