家族経営のホテルと言うこともあり、とてもフレンドリーに接してくれた。市内観光のアドヴァイスも親切に教えてくれ、とても役だった。オーナーから日本語で挨拶をしてくれたときは、びっくりしたがちょっとうれしかった。また、シングルで予約をしたが、ツインの広い部屋を用意してくれ、部屋の清掃も行き届いていた。 |

駅から近くてとてもきれいなホテルです。家族経営ということでおもてなしもよく、親切でした。朝食のポーチドエッグがとてもおいしかった。部屋の家具類は年代物のようですが趣味がよく、室内は清潔で使いやすかったです。 ただ一つ残念なのが、真冬の寒さの割に室内があまり温かくなかったことです。洗面所は温かいのですが寝室のヒーターが冷たいままでした。廊下も同様でしたので、こういうものかとも思いましたがもう少し部屋が温かい方がいいと感じました。 |

駅からは徒歩５分ぐらいでめちゃ近いので、電車で遅く着く人にはお勧めです。観光地へはトラムかバスが必要ですが、近いので不便には感じませんでした。 シャワーの排水溝の清掃がされておらず、掃除してもすぐ詰まる。 |

THe owner Mrs.Reichl and her staff were top notch, very friendly, clean rooms and aslways available and accomodating at any time of day.location was within walking distance to city althou a Salzburg card gives unlimited options. no negative thoughts |

A very nice hotel, friendly, very accommodating and very professionaly run. If the occassion ever arose to stay in Salzburg again, I and my family would certainly stay at the Hotel Hohenstauffen. |

The staff (or family in this case) was so nice and accomodating that I would definitely stay here again. It's a pretty easy walk to the hotel from the main train station, although I get lost usually my first time in every new city. Area seems safe despite some "adult-based" shops that Americans may equate with a bad neighborhood, which it is not. Hotel is adorable, by the way. No, the hotel was great. The weather was horrible, shame on you clouds! |

The family owned hotel had a personal touch which made a difference. Very quick with checkin. Very helpful with concert information. Near train station I did not feel too secure in the general neighbourhood. A longish walk to town centre. Bus transport expensive. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful it was very easy to get to from both the train and the airport good breakfast plenty of fruit and great bread and lovely chesse the radio in the room do not work neither did the remote control of the TV could have had better toiletettes only soap which i can not use lucky i had got my own shower gel |

The location; only a ten-minute walk to the central area.Breakfast was nice. Rooms were too dark - decorated in brown and only a small window. A clothes washing service was advertised in the rooms but when I asked them to do mine they didn't seem interested. |
