駅から大変近い所にありますが、大変静かな環境です。スタッフがとてもフレンドリーでした。朝食のビュッフ- ェは。パン・チーズ・フルーツ・野菜など、種類も豊富でした。 |

シングルを予約したのにもかかわらず、ツインで庭に面した静かな部屋、しかも駅から歩いてすぐのところで、- 大変満足しました。ホテルのスタッフが明るく親切で、一泊だけではもったいなかったです。 |

中央駅からも近くバスで移動するには便利だが駅周辺にはレストランらしきものはなく少々困った。部屋はきれ- いに掃除も行き届いていて朝食も良かった。ホテルの前あたりの環境は子供連れの家族には良くないと思う。 特にありません |

駅から近いにもかかわらず、周辺は閑静な環境だった。中心部に行くにもトラムを利用すれば不便はない。朝食- が充実していて、入れ立てのコーヒーがおいしかった。 多少、ベッドが軟らかすぎだが、好みの問題かもしれない。 |

家族経営のホテルと言うこともあり、とてもフレンドリーに接してくれた。市内観光のアドヴァイスも親切に教- えてくれ、とても役だった。オーナーから日本語で挨拶をしてくれたときは、びっくりしたがちょっとうれしか- った。また、シングルで予約をしたが、ツインの広い部屋を用意してくれ、部屋の清掃も行き届いていた。 |

駅から近くてとてもきれいなホテルです。家族経営ということでおもてなしもよく、親切でした。朝食のポーチ- ドエッグがとてもおいしかった。部屋の家具類は年代物のようですが趣味がよく、室内は清潔で使いやすかった- です。 ただ一つ残念なのが、真冬の寒さの割に室内があまり温かくなかったことです。洗面所は温かいのですが寝室の- ヒーターが冷たいままでした。廊下も同様でしたので、こういうものかとも思いましたがもう少し部屋が温かい- 方がいいと感じました。 |

駅からは徒歩５分ぐらいでめちゃ近いので、電車で遅く着く人にはお勧めです。観光地へはトラムかバスが必要- ですが、近いので不便には感じませんでした。 シャワーの排水溝の清掃がされておらず、掃除してもすぐ詰まる。 |

Good location near train station, car rentals and easy, 15 min, pleasant walk to old town. Room small but clean and adequate. Bathroom good. Excellent breakfast! Staff really friendly and helpfull. Price/value very good. Would definitely recommend to friends. |

Staffs were very kind. One of them recommended an old-fashioned Austrian restaurant which was very nice. It is far from modern and luxurious, but somewhat cosy. It's very close to the railway station and easy to locate. If you are looking for a modern and luxurious hotel, this one may not be your answer. There is no mini bar, coffee pot and air conditioning as well. However, I did not feel any uncomfortability. |

wonderfrul room! I did not expect a room with bathtab. But big bathroom with a bit bathtab. Friendly and helpful owner advised much about Salzburg. Easy access (5 minutes) from station but felt fear at night. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The resturant in the hotel was lovely and the waitress was very attentive given that she was so busy and had tables in the building and outside. |

Fantastic ! The staff spoke good english and were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were good.clean and spic and span. Its in close proximity of the train station [about 800 meters] which is an added plus. The neighbourhood is quiet, with open spaces arond it. No complaints about the hotel. It is excellent. Across the road from the hotel is a sex store, so I wouldnt reccommend it to families with little impressionable kids. |

Hotel was very close to train station and the entire staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Breakfast buffet was varied and fresh and the room had a wonderful old Salzburg feel to it. We would certainly stay there again if we returned to Salzburg. |

THe owner Mrs.Reichl and her staff were top notch, very friendly, clean rooms and aslways available and accomodating at any time of day.location was within walking distance to city althou a Salzburg card gives unlimited options. no negative thoughts |
