Nada en absoluto

Todo, sobre todo el trato del personal, nos dieron una habitación horrible, de unas 8 camas, mobiliario antiquísimo y de muy mal gusto, nos cambiaron al siguiente día a unas habitaciones mejores, pero al regresar de noche nos habían puesto en la 45, la que no quiere nadie, desastroso y la atención en la recepción fue bastante desagradable, ni siquiera me dieron factura, eso si el cobro por adelantdo, el desayuno bastante malo, sin servicio apenas, las mesas sucias, y el personal sentado comiendo delante de nosotros, me consta que tiene habitaciones mejores, pero la experiencia nuestra fue mala y yo le daría una estrella, por decir algo.

We thought the hotel was close to Wien but finally was 40km. We have requested for a taxi 2 different days and they didn't come. The personal in the hotel don't speak english, even for requesting a taxi. Some ANIMALs was living with us in the room (spiders, etc)

Travelling with a Car the hotel location is perfect to access main tourist points in Wien. Is on the way to Schonbrunn palace for example and with easy access to the train station. Staff was very nice and helpful despite not all of them speak good english.

Breakfast is poor, the bread can break your teeths. Nothing else offered except for the room and the facilities are obviously old and not maintain up to the level of the price you pay for the room.

Als Notquartier, weil in Wien und Umgebung zu dieser Zeit nur schwer etwas zu haben war, für eine Nacht erträglich

Preis für Haustier im Verhältnis zum Zimmerpreis zu hoch.

Absulute alptraum! NIGHTMARE! Kerüld el ezt a hotelt messzire!!! Zimmer nicht sauber,frühstück scheiss und dusche stinkt! Koszos szoba,ehetetlen reggeli,bűzös tusoló!

Mein 2 zimmer bezahlt und verkauft für ein anderen!!!! Kifizettem 2 szobát és az egyikbe másnap érkeztek a barátaink,de addigra valaki beköltözött.Kétszer adták el a szobát!

A családias légkör , a vendégek kérésének maximális tisztelete.

Esetleg egy angolul tudó ember nagy segítség lett volna.

Absolutamente nada. O Hotel é realmente muito ruim em vários sentidos, inclusive os mais elementares. Apenas o breakfast era de bom nível, exceto quanto à "proibição" de se sentar nas mesas próximas ao buffet.

Hotel caro e com serviço e acomodações muito ruins. Quartos entregues sem toalhas. Quando fornecidas estavam rasgadas. Internet não funciona. Telefones não funcionavam para chamadas internas nem externas. Raramente se encontram funcionários na recepção. Atendimento grosseiro e de má qualidade. Banheiro similar ao de um avião. Vaso sanitário repugnante. Não houve serviço de quarto.

Płatność za pokój z góry, przed obejrzeniem pokoju. Jeżeli najpierw bym zobaczył pokój to pewnie bym nie został w tym hotelu.Zostałem jedynie dlatego, że było bardzo późno i zapłaciłem z góry za pobyt. Brudna łazienka, zagrzybione ściany, nieapetycznie wyglądająca sala śniadaniowa, nie jadłem tam śniadania
