Location Room cleaning was poor (no bedsheets replacement for six days) and done very late on the day. Sometimes no towels were available (should take them from reception). No minibar and the fridge was out of service. No ice machine |

Der 24-Stunden-Check-In. Die Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr erreichbar. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Ich habe Holiday Inn gebucht, weil ich diese Kette aus den USA kenne und dort meistens großteils zufrieden bin. Es handelt sich zwar um ein großes, aber abgewohnt wirkendes Zimmer ohne Kaffee-Maschine/Tee-Bar. Im Zimmerpreis von Euro 77,00 (im Hotel selbst € 108,00) ist kein Frühstück inbegriffen, das Hotel hat auch keine eigenen Parkplätze - man kann jedoch kostenpflichtig in der externen Tiefgarage parken. Für ein Hotel der Kette 'Holiday Inn' handelt es sich um ein schwaches Hotel - im Vergleich zu den USA ist man hier nicht so großzügig, denn Amerikanische Hotelketten bieten dem Gast kostenfreien Kaffee/Tee am Zimmer. So kenne ich das auch von Holiday Inn Hotels in Deutschland |

Die Lage - direkt bei der Altstadt. Die TürKarten funktionierten nicht, wir sind nur eine Nacht dort gewesen aber mussten 3 Mal vor der gesperrten Zimmer oder Wellnessbereich Türe stehen bleiben und das im Bademantel, also nicht gerade angenhem. |

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer reserviert, haben dafür ein Dreibettzimmer bekommen.(alles Einzelbetten)Die Betten sind keine Betten sondern zwei aufeinander gestapelte Matratzen. Die Lampen und Tapeten sind dreckig. |
