Nothing It was a horrible experience! Hotel has collected money from my card twice- on the booking time, and at departure. Be very careful!! On the departure day, we had no hot water in the room, and the hotel manager did not want even to talk to us. Through to receptionist he offered us discounting of 10 e, which was a shameful, and we refused of course. I do not recommend this hotel even to the enemy, and give him a rating of 1!!!

Good value, friendly, good breakfast, nice bar and nice cigar lounge. Central and good car parking. Room towards road very noisy on Saturday until 4 in the morning (bar).

Hotel is ideally located in the city centre, at the Drau river promenade, right adjacent to the Congress Centre. Superior rooms with river view have beautiful vista of the city and the mountains and are highly recommended. Large underground car park with direct hotel access. Our room was on the fifth floor, modern design, reasonable (modest) size, well equipped (minibar, safe, toiletries, AC, etc). However, the bathroom is separated from the living area entirely by frosted glass walls and doors, which is not really practical and definitely a matter of taste. Breakfast was buffet style and good by international standards. There are two restaurants, a lounge, a wine bar and cigar lounge. On two evenings we had dinner at the Lagana restaurant, sitting at the river terrace. We and our guests were very satisfied. Definitely the best restaurant in Villach, attentive service, varied menu, high quality of the food, perfect presentation, extensive wine list, in short, a memorable experience. Expect to spend about € 60 to 75 per person for a four course dinner, depending on your wine choice. All in all, the Holiday Inn is presently the number one hotel in Villach, a 4 star hotel in excellent location with a great gourmet restaurant. We paid about € 145 per night for a superior double with river view and breakfast (August 2012, booking.com). Garage is about 10 € per day extra. Ask for a multiple entry ticket. Rooms a bit small - glass bathroom not practical We had some problems with the electric power in the room - apparently a malfunction of the power saving card

Bello il centro benessere e la camera, pulita e moderna. Il centro è a pochi passi. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Hotel di livello Parcheggio a pagamento.gli 8,50 euro giornalieri potrebbero essere a carico dell'hotel visto il costo.

Schönes Design Frühstück besteht ausschließlich aus Industrieware. Eier sind billigste Kategorie. Bio- oder Freilandeier sollten da schon drinnen sein. Wünschenswert wären mehr Produkte von regionalen Produzenten
