Rooms are spacious and well designed, creating a pleasant ambience. Very modernistic room features. Free Wi-Fi. Nothing negative about the hotel. Can be a bit difficult to find when driving a car through the city streets. Hotel is beside the river next to Congress Centre. Follow road signs to Congress Centre. |

The hotel was amazing! Loads of food for breakfast, spa is great, very helpful staff (speak fluent English) and location is perfect (on river side, in the center, 5 minutes walking distance to bars/restaurants)...I definitely recommend it!!!! |

Room is very good, free internet, reasonably priced pay-TV and the staff were helpful and friendly. The "gem" at this hotel, though, is the restaurant. The food I ate was deceptively simple but absolutely perfect. |

Hotelmitarbeiter freundlich und hilfsbereits, die Zimmer sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das"gläserne" Bad funktional, aber das Allerbeste ist die Aussicht auf Fluß und Altstadt, besonders bei Nacht. Frühstück auf der Terrasse an der Drau - ein wunderbarer Tagesbeginn. |

Absolut keine Kritikpunkte, hervorragendes und zuvorkommendes Service, besonders beeindruckt hat mich auch das Restaurant - mehr als empfehlenswert, der Koch ist (ebenso wie das Service) Gold wert, Fitnessbereich zwar familiär aber neu und hochwertig, Wellness (Sauna, Dampfbad, Relax Zone) ebenfalls ein Knüller (wenn auch für mich nicht ausschlaggebend gewesen bei der Buchung), Internet kostenlos... |

Ein neues, im Design modern gestaltetes Hotel mit allem, was man vorfinden möchte. Internationaler gehobener Standard. In Österreich darf man noch in allen Aufenthaltsbereichen rauchen. Für verwöhnte deutsche Nichtraucher mittlerweile ungewohnt bis lästig. |

zimmer sind ok; hatte keine möglichkeit die anderen einrichtungen zu nutzen; bei der ankunft um ca. 23:00 musste ich 15 min warten, weil sich der mitarbeiter am empfang mit einem italienischen gast in dieser zeit über abreise, auscheckzeit, massage am nächsten tag (wurde alles im detail besprochen), etc. besprach ohne auch nur ein einziges mal sich um mich zu kümmern oder einen kollegen zu rufen. das war schon dem anderen gast peinlich; |
