Surrounded by the historic buildings of central Vienna, the Hollmann Beletage is a small boutique hotel offering modern convenience and elegance in an exceptionally central location. The hotel is just a 2 minute walk from St. Stephen’s Cathedral, 3 minutes from the famous shopping streets Kärntner Strasse and Graben, and 10 minutes from the State Opera. The Schwedenplatz subway station and tram stops are a short walk and the Stephansplatz subway station is a 3 minute walk from the property. The hotel is also only a 20 minute drive from the airport. - Homy style of the hotel Size of rooms. - Very friendly staff - Nice breakfast - Large bed size matress divided in 2 matresses - Rooms in 2nd floor are very close to kitchen and noises in the morning are disturbing.

Friendly staff and homely atmosphere. Quality boutique hotel with its own style. 6 course breakfast a great way to start the day. Location good, only five mins walk to Stephansdom.

What can I say about the Hollmann Beletage in Vienna? Well for a start, the hotel is well situated in central Vienna and handy for shopping and sightseeing, also to the Opera Haus and other places of interest. The staff are so friendly and helpful, cheery and smiling all the time, nothing is a trouble for them. The service is second to none, and it would be a crime not to mention the breakfast. A wide selection is available and the on site chef and kitchen staff will cook what you desire right in front of you. The florentine was particularly good. They also supply an afternoon tea free of charge, with fresh baked cakes and champagne. I thoroughly recommend the Hollmann Beletage to anyone wanting a first class but at the same time low key stay in Vienna. This hotel is now my number one favourite. Hard to beat I think. Not one single thing.

Beautiful design hotel, very clean and quiet, great location 5 ' walk to Stephansdom with a very caring and helpful staff. The twin beds can be a double bed very easily but with different duvets. The quality of breakfast was amazing and we felt all time like beeing home. The bathroom and the amenities were great. We will certainly come back! The pillows were very fluffy but you can ask for an anatomic one. Although the cleaning staff immediately brought us the pillow we asked, the pillow case was not so clean. When we asked for a second shower gel( too small size for 2 persons) we had it but we had also the impression that the housekeeper was not so happy.

Service, helpful staff, great breakfast and afternoon tea with snacks, excellent location, comfortable and spacious room, tastefully furnished everywhere a bit more expensive than comparable boutique hotels elsewhere in Vienna and other European cities, only one English channel on room TV (CNN)

La localizacion es la que es, es como tener tu propio apartamento en Vienna. Es un hotel que no tiene lobby en planta baja, entras con llave electronica a un area privada del htotel y subes al piso 2 del elevador privado del hotel para el lobby. Te atenderá Andrea o Alex..ambos el mejor activo del Hotel realmente te hacen sentir en casa.

Wonderful, helpful, friendly staff who cannot do enough for you. Terrific, well presented breakfasts. Clean, comfortable rooms that are unique and interesting. Perfect location. Very fairly priced. I had to leave.

Excellent location, although not the easiest to find if you are driving. The staff could not be nicer. Very helpful in every respect. The breakfasts were wonderful and plentiful. The rooms were a little strange at first, and they need decent pillows and more of them.

Everything - from the mini cinema with a popcorn machine to the small private garden with a hammock. Some of the rooms can be overlooked which means you need to keep the curtains pulled.
