the location & scenery - the food was good too. the people were nice & polite but considering the charge was on the high side the service could have been better We felt a little penny pinched when they charged us for tea for everyday when we just requested a kettle and mugs be kept in our room for us to make tea everyday - they charged 6.5 euro for sending a few teabags with it and when we mentioned we had finally got our own teabags without knowing they were charging us for theirs, they still went ahead & charged for the first day. |

The facilities. The position of the hotel. The Weather. On our last evening we were rather squeezed into a corner for dinner, as there was a party of 6 next to us. |

Het uitzicht vanuit het hotel was schitterend!!!! Het eten was super!!!!! Zéér vriendelijk personeel Ik vond de bedden wat minder, erg laag met een harde matras maar dat is natuurlijk persoonlijk |

自然を大切するところだからかも知れませんが、レストランにはえが2匹ほどいたのが気になりました。 今回は水着を忘れてしまい泳げませんでしたが、立派なプールがあります。十分楽しめるホテルだと思います。- |

die dezente , ruhige und gehobene Atmosphäre. Guter Blick sehr schöne Ausstattung. Ich war nur ein Tag da, sodass mir nichts Negatives aufgefallen ist. |

Das Hotelhauptgebäude ist sehr ansprechend und hat einen tollen Blick auf St. Gilgen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Tolles Bad. Da wir im Nebengebäude untergebracht waren, mussten wir die zu begehende Verbindungsbrücke vom Neben- zum Hauptgebäude benutzen, die leider sehr kalt und schlecht beleuchtet war. Ferner ist das Nebengebäude noch im Umbau. |
