It was inexpensive and quiet. The staff at the desk was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast across the street was good typical European fare. Bathrooms were fairly disgusting. Smelled, sinks clog up, little hooks that barely hold your clothes while showering. |

My single room was suitably sized and with a small, nice balcony. Clean. Very well located. Good price for a single room. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was of average quality/assortment but I could take as much food/beverages as I wanted. Rooms are not very well sound-proof, some noise came from the corridor. If you are a light-sleeper this may disturb you. Toilets and showers (not in the room, but I already knew this when I booked) can be improved. Don't forget this is not a hotel-otherwise you will be disappointed. |

The staff spoke good english and were very helpful! The building was very 'worn' and reminded me of an old hospital, not classy interior at all! Staff made up for that. |

Walking distance to all major sights, quite district, good quality-price ratio. In the restaurant of Academia hotel that provides breakfast to the guests of Hostel Pfeilgasse there was a permanent shortage of fried eggs, boiled sausages and tomatoes. On the first morning we only saw leftovers when we came at 9 a.m. On the next morning at 7 a.m. there was not even a sign that this food will be presented. Probably you shall come in the specific time to be lucky to get it. Otherwice you can enjoy cheese, ham, bread and cornflakes with milk. |

Cheap. Helpful staff. No fuss (a) I didn't realise I needed a towel. Fair enough for the price, but I should have been warned. |

This small, newly opened hotel is located in Vienna’s 16th district, very close to an underground station and only a few tram stops away from the city centre. |
