Staff, location, cleanliness of entire hotel, breakfast. Very nice but very small rooms. Seemed to have been recently renovated. Comfortable beds, linens, towels. Parking not very convenient.

We had an excellent room for 3 adults, #410 at the Hotel Central, Innsbruck. Mom was very comfortable on the sofa bed downstairs with full bath, tv, & view of the alps. My husband and I were thrilled with our double bed, half bath and deck-also overlooking the alps with a view of the Berisel skii jump. We look forward to returning. Pros: 1. Great Location in a beautiful town. 2. Close parking garage. 3. Very good breakfast. 4. Excellent value for superb accommodations! Cons: I wished we had stayed longer.

Extremely friendly staff, no issue with language, very clean and wonderful breakfast buffet. Front desk personnel were very professional & very helpful during our stay. Their English was superb which made our stay more enjoyable, although we wish we spoke your beautiful language.

Well-appointed modern rooms, comfortable informal restaurant, good location with parking very close. Excellent base for exploring the ski resorts around Innsbruck (with ski storage room). Some rooms face an office building which has floor to ceiling windows which can be disconcerting in the morning.

There is a penthouse in our room with private toilet. Also a large balcony that we can watch the snow mountain in the day time and stars in the night time. Excellent!! Centrally located. Breakfast is good.

Nice building, location. When booking they block whole amount of room price, when we paid for room they charge whole amount again and say that bloked sum will be released after 30 days. Thus we spent twice more money then excepted. It is first time we faced with such approuch. It is not customer friendly approach and it is not fair. They should inform costomers before blocking whole sum for 30 days!

Enjoyed the friendliness and service of the front desk and location. Of the hotel. The cleaning staff were also good. I think the restaurant staff are unfriendly and need to improve their attitude and service. Will go back but won't use the the restaurant unless service improved, Overall a good stay and the front desk staff as mentioned are excellent.

Location relative to the train station was good. Location for shuttle bus up to slopes was ideal. Breakfast choices were varied, fresh, and tasty. We were booked for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The hotel restaurant was closed for general dining on Christmas Eve, unbeknownst to us. We had to slog through drizzly weather to find a place to eat in Old Town - very little was open. The staff was not prepared to offer last minute dining or even room service that evening, they should have been authorized to do so. Very disappointing and frustrating especially with a hungry 8-year old. On Christmas Day, dinner was available and was delicious.

Very friendly and helpfull personal. When I asked if they had a little baby bed for my daughter, as it couldn't fit in the original bedroom we had, they booked me a bigger room for the same price instead.

Hotel Central is in a part of the center of Innsbruck, where a town planning redefinition was realized integrating wonderfully the old architecture with the modern one . The modern "jewel" is the btv City Forum by Heinz Tesar Architecture Atelier. I had good luck to get a room of Hotel Central, whose window was directly in front of the "jewel" !! I got single room at special price of € 70,00 without breakfast. On my opinion, even this special price is a bit expensive, in relation to Austrian Hotel prices. In the correlated Cafe Central, cakes and coffee, were much under expected level.
