Excellent Location. Nice rooms. The staff at the front desk not too friendly. Rooms can have better amenities like a safe, tea/coffee maker to say the least. |

Proximity to the sights. I did not like the bathroom door. Very difficult to open and when opening you couldn't help but wake up everyone in the room. |

Rooms well equipped, very conveniently located. Excellent breakfast buffet. Cafe and terrace on-site is nice feature. Square outside room quite noisy at night, and if windows closed, quiet but too hot (no air-connditioning). |

Convenient to train station and pedestrian area. Good breakfast with scrambled eggs and backon in addition to traditional German/Austrian meats/breads/cheeses. Professional staff. Noise from pedestrian area in front of hotel. Slight amount of mold on shower curtain on tub. Floor was noticeably not level. |

the breakfasts were comprehensive and well served and supplied. The coffee was delicious. The double bed was actually two singles pushed together. But the rims of the bedframe meant that there was an uncomfortable gap between mattresses. Might as well have asked for a twin room in the first place! |

The price at the hotel was 35-40 Euro less per day than I pay, I feel it is not fare trade, I recomanded not to do previous booking or to do it very close to arriving time. |

The location was not good and it was difficult to find. The hotel was much more modern (but not in a good way) than expected and the corners of the wooden frame of the bed caused several bruises! The breakfast was not very good either. I found it a souless city hotel. |

Central location. There was a lot of noise from air movement equipment outside room no 224 which interferred with my night´s repose. |

Ideally located in the center of the city. Public (underground) parking was also very close. Food at breakfast was great and the restaurant was excellent as well. The rooms were spacious so a baby cot fitted in without any problem. |

Very central, A good restaurant and café. A very convenient parking place, if a bit tight. A good sized room and bathroom but old fashioned, particularly the shower. A good breakfast buffet and continually filled by good staff. No balcony |

Comfortable beds, great breakfast, nice old building, central location, and not noisy. Excellent infrared sauna - do try it if you've got an hour to spare! The hotel's private car park was full, so we parked in the public part of the same underground parking complex, which was actually a lot cheaper (it's difficult to find street parking not reserved for local residents). No air conditioning or fans (none were promised, but we stayed in August and our room was very hot. I realise you wouldn't need A/C in Innsbruck for most of the year though!) |

Very good location right in the town center, everything is within walking distances. Very good parking facilities. Stylish hotel. The room was very hot, but then again the weather was unusually warm too. |

Hotel itself oke, good situated and nice outsight restaurant. reception people should learn that they are their for the guest, not the guest for them. Stupid mistake not to tell how to find the hotel parking when you make the reservation and later tell that that is not important. |

The breakfast was an outstanding array of cheeses and sliced meats, fantastic. The rooms were much smaller than advertised and most of the offered conveniences didn't actually exist |

Well located hotel. Cannot park your car in front of the hotel since it is a pedestrian area. You have to go to the underground car park (if not full, since very tiny). |
