Good location, but too few staff. (at night, only one.) The cafe is famous and comfortable. The room on the inside of the building is so noisy and hot by the kitchen ventilator of the cafe till 22:30 and from 05:30. |

廊下にリンゴと氷が用意してあって、頂いて便利だった。駅に近いので、非常に便利。へやが少し狭いが清潔である。ホテルの評判といわれる地価のレストランは、チキンがぱさぱさでおいしくないのに、量が多くて、二人分は多すぎた。たくさん残して、料金は高く、もったいなかった。裏のハンバーガー屋で食べた朝食はおいしかった。 |

The hotel was in a good location, and in a small city like Innsbruck everything was close by. The street was a pedestrial street. The room was clean and nice, with lots of closet space. Breakfast was in a Viennese style cafe and had a variety to choose from. The view was not good at all, just walls. The cleaner lady was eager to clean the room in the afternoon. She didn't speak english and one day made my get out of the room in the middle of my nap. I learned to use the sign on the door after this and they started to clean the room earlier. I do not like the fact that in the breakfast they started to clean the nearby tables way before the breakfast was closing. It was disturbing. |

Very good location. Walkable to all city attractions and also to the train station. Good size room. Very clean. Newly renovated. Breakfast was great. The staff were wonderful. We had mistakenly parked in the white parking area and received a parking ticket. The staff called the police, explained to them that we were tourist and got our ticket cancelled. No AC in the room. The room was hot. Atleast the staff provided us with a fan upon request. |

Friendly front of house staff, large clean rooms and central location. Arrived late evening by car but easy to find using arrow system. Relatively early closing of restaurant (9:15 p.m.) and lack of any bar or late catering in lobby. |

Central location and proximity to all services and train station.Staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant menu was not also in English and we had to ask the receptionist to translate for us. |

excellent location and very comfy rooms Reception not that friendly - we arrived fairly tired and had a few basic questions which seemed to be an effort to be answered. No facility to toast bread at breakfast seemed a bit strange |

The room was surprisingly nice for the price, compared to some of the other hotels around europe for a similar price. And it was central to the town and was in a nice area. |

Being in the downtown area made it very easy to use without driving around. Also, very near Tourist Information was helpful. The staff person at the desk upon arrive was not very friendly and seemed short. However, the rest of the staff during our stay was kind and helpful. |

Good location, clean room, feeling safe, eco-friendly. Sauna could be more usuful. Woman alone feels a little bit annoyed with the setting. |
