Hotel Central  

ロケーションがよく、ホテル内のカフェセントラルで夕食を頂きましたがおいしかったです。トリプルで頼んで- いたのに通された部屋がダブルでしたがその時に対応も早くてよかったです。また泊まりたいです。

We loved how the hotel had bikes right at the front door where you could just go get a lock front the front desk a take them for the day. We had a great time riding all throughout the city. The hotel was in a perfect location -- walking distance to the train station and all the major sights. The rooms were very comfortable.

Our principal reason for staying at this hotel was to have an overnight stop between trains. This hotel was within reasonable walking distance of the railway station, while being on a quiet street adjacent to the city centre. Our room was of modern design, clean and fresh and quite adequate for our brief overnight stay. The reception staff were welcoming and the reception area pleasant to enter.

(1) Notwithstanding that the street below our room was quiet by day, we were frequently disturbed throughout the night by the shouting of young people drinking on the pavement and of other passersby. (2) The need to access the wireless internet in the Lobby was an inconvenience for a hotel of this quality. (3) Our dinner in the hotel's characterful restaurant was spoilt by an overbearing waiter who urged us to make our selection with haste, as he claimed that the kitchen was closing - even though the restaurant had just opened for the evening - and who thought he could help our understanding of the menu by shouting the options, rather than translating them. We left after our main course to have our desert and coffee elsewhere.

The triple room is split in 2 levels with a double bed on the lower level and a double bed on the upper level...the top level has an en-suite bathroom and the lower level a full bathroom. The gym is well equipped. The hotel staff were helpful.

The "famous" Central Cafe, attached to the hotel, was unwelcoming and the staff rude and unhelpful.

the location of the hotel is excellent. its actually very central!! Also the rooms and the bathroom were VERY clean.

There is no assistance after 8pm, the room service is shut so early. The wooden floor creaks, which is a nightmare at night. There is not adequate supply of toiletries like shampoo or moisturizers, shower caps etc. and most important they did not have tea or coffee making facilities in the room, though we had a deluxe room.

Central location, good breakfast that is included in the price, cleanliness of the room, design of the room which I believe newly decorated, the room was very warm while it was freezing outside.

Nice room, good location

Terrible parking - the smallest garage I've ever seen. It took me 15 minutes and 25 "wiggles" to insert my (very compact) car into my spot (and I am a very experienced driver, so trust me - it's not a skill issue). And in addition it cost 15 euro for the night. I was really annoyed.

There is a penthouse in our room with private toilet. Also a large balcony that we can watch the snow mountain in the day time and stars in the night time. Excellent!! Centrally located. Breakfast is good.

The food at the cafe central was really overpriced and as a whole not tasty with the exception of the buffet breakfast that was really good but 12 euros ,, so still very expensive.

Nice building, location.

When booking they block whole amount of room price, when we paid for room they charge whole amount again and say that bloked sum will be released after 30 days. Thus we spent twice more money then excepted. It is first time we faced with such approuch. It is not customer friendly approach and it is not fair. They should inform costomers before blocking whole sum for 30 days!

Location is really fantastic in the heart of old town.

Room "superior" really too small. Incredible hot with no possibility of lowering the heating.
