The hotel is very close to the city center, just a short walk then you are there, also the parking for the car was a plus but you have to make sure that hotel will confirm availability before coming as it is very small garage and always full. The room was extremely hot, even outside was cold during our stay, but we have to keep the window opened all the night to be able to sleep, it is very important to place AC in the rooms, also the mattress was tough, which made the bed uncomfortable for sleep. |

The location and proximity to the old town was good. It was noisy outside until late into the night. this hotel had four stars, but I would give it three at best. It was overpriced for the cleanliness, breakfast, and service. |

The room decor is dated. Probably I was in the 'old' part not yet renovated. Friendly staff. I requested a room at the back and was given it on arrival, without any bother. don't really like the dark wood beams in the room. |

the room itself was good as well as location Lack of parking, elderly/disabled must carry own luggage several blocks if bring car, noisy location, no computer so bring your own (not easy if on vacation) |

Ideally close to railway station and centre of the city. Comfortable. Peaceful. Very friendly and helpful staff. There could be noise from the street. |

We booked a standard double room but we got the suite at the second floor. Might have been that they were overbooked and we arrived in the late afternoon, I dont know, but that was definetely a good surprise. Breakfast was good, variate, and served until 10am. Nice lobby, good sauna. Turned out to be a very romantic weekend for us. I didnt like that they started cleaning the tables while there were still guests eating their breakfast. |

It is located at the very heart of IBK as I have known it for years, and their Sauna and Steambath on the topfloor, with a terrace with a view over IBK and of the mountains is just amazing! I had specifically asked for parking at the hotel, and confirmed it a week before and on the same day. When I arrived, they just sent me to a closeby public parking instead, but it ruined my whole plan as I came to help a friend move away from IBK. We could not load the car with anything until the departure date because of this, and arrived home in the middle of the night rather than in the afternoon. They did not seem to find this to be a problem, and I am in the process of writing a letter of complaint about this to them. |

The hotel is located in a good position. My wife and I both found the staff on the front desk to be particularly rude on multiple occasions. I don't know if this was because we weren't paying full price or not but it was still unacceptable. We also requested that our room not be made up each day (and would leave the do not disturb sign on our door) but would return to find that the cleaning staff had been in our room. |
