Beliggenhet var veldig bra. Ca 5 min å gå til sentrum. Fin frokost, som det er helt greit å benytte seg av. Bade var stort og fint. Renslig. Var fryktelig varmt på rommet. Vifta gjorde liten nytte. |

Excellent location in the centre of Vienna. Walking distance from all the major sights. Staff were courteous and friendly. Room was perfectly clean. A bar would have been convenient |

The hotel was just in the right area. Breakfast was ok and the staff very nice The inside court yard was very noisy starting at 6am |

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The free internet access was extremely fast. The breakfast was good and varied. Our room was very comfortable and had plenty of storage space. |

The room was more spacious than many European hotels. The breakfast room was very pleasant and airy. Excellent coffee. There are no "non-smoking" rooms, although ours turned out to be OK. The walls/wall paper/ paint are truly tattered in the rooms and in the hallways, and the room and hall carpeting could stand a good cleaning, especially around the edges. The showerhead holder was broken, and landed on my foot as soon as I turned on the water. One has the impression of a hotel doing the bare minimum maintenance. |
