位置很好

电梯太小了限载三人，遇上团队只有爬楼梯。房间内的暖气管道三点发出怪声，惊醒了我们，开始以为是猫在抓墙- 壁，查看以后才确认是管道。其后失眠。

Unbeatable location! Inside the Ring, very close to St. Stephen's. Nice stroll to all the main sights such as the Opera House, Hofburg, Graben, etc. Staff is very responsive and friendly. Breakfast is quite good too. Decor is nice and elegant.

Really no negatives. It's not cheap but still reasonable. It's a nice place in the center of Vienna. I would not hesitate to book again for future visit.

Very nice building. Glad to see that its its renovation has been cautious to preserve the inherited style. Congratulations to the congenial renewal of the lift.

Minor remark: the new coffee machine in the breakfast room was noisy and slow. I can see the need to reduce the burden placed on serving staff, but I hope this machine will not be the last word. Personally I preferred the previous type of breakfast coffee: somewhat less strong than espresso, but served from a generous pot on each table !

The bathroom needs upgrading.

View from the room facing inner court. Nothing but grey walls. On the other hand there was no noise from the outside.

Nice rooms, great bathrooms, good service. A lovely, well positioned hotel with charm. Breakfast room was very good.

No where to dry clothes. Retractable clothes line in bathroom would be great.

Location was excellent for all the city centre sights including the opera, the main purpose of our visit. Rooms were simple (2 singles) but comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast offered plenty of choice, even for my friend with a gluten allergy. The staff were always charming and helpful. What more could you ask ? I would definitely use it again if visiting Vienna.

Room was very cold when I stayed there at the end of Dec.It seemed that the centralheating system didn't work well.I Felt I was in a cold mountain at night...

The hotel is in a great central location, not far from the cathedral, yet it is perfectly quiet. The staff was invariably friendly and considerate, and, on one occasion when I needed an emergency needle and thread, very helpful. My stay was pleasant in every way.

Central location, services , helpfull and friendly staff , free PC room with use of printer , wi-fi in rooms , rich breakfast & cleanliness.

Very thin walls between rooms so if you have noisy neighbours it may ruins your sleep!
