Hotel was great. Location is great, its in the diplomatic area very calm and secure. Just 5 minutes from opera. We stayed at superior double, room is great, and service also. I went to vieena many times, and im sure that this hotel is best 4 star hotel u can stay in. Price/value is unmatchable. Parking is really overpriced at 21/night, and 300m from there is Karslplatz garage where it is 7e a day.

the location is very good for travelers who'd like to be close to the city centre, but not directly in it. unfortunately the rooms that face the building courtyard doesn't have a very pleasant view.

Nicely designed hotel with reasonable rates. Location is not directly in city centre but 10 mins walk away. Almost no shops or restaurants in close vicinity. Quality of furniture and room in general was below 4-star standards and what you would expect from design setup - with lots of scratches on walls and fake wood around... A bit disappointing.

It's an excellent hotel located in a very central area in Vienna city centre. The service is an excellent one and always with a smile. The rooms are very comfortable with all the necessary facilities - a bottle of water for every night spent in the hotel and tea and coffee making facilities. The staff is very helpful and they try to meet your requests - I asked for two quite rooms and our wish was fulfilled at its best! The breakfast is very expensive - it should be included in the price.

Very good hotel - situated almost at the centre (not more than 10 minutes to Opera State House and less than 5 minutes - to metro station). Interesting desighn. Climt'' reprodactions. Helpful personal - assist at every questions. As for me, more meat dish (sausages?) at breakfast.

Location is fine (not very centrally, but within walking distance - 15 minutes walk from Stephansdom - and very close to all means of transport). The area is not very lively (few bars, shops..) but has an aristocratic atmosphere with various important buildings around (Concerthaus, Embassies etc). The room (superior double) was spacious, functional, aesthetically designed and with a nice view to the Concerthaus and more. The staff was very helpful througout (from reception to breakfast room) Breakfast was excellent! (Although we were rather precautious, since we had read poor comments on that) on the contrary, we were very enthusiastic about it: Rich variety, fresh selection, nice room, helpful and polite staff

Location, room, comfort Not quite sure of the way of handling the paying. The whole amount has been deducted on the credit card the day of the arrival, but the hotel continued to retain twice 100Eur the same day. 100Eur have been returned the same day?!, the other 100Eur have been canceled the day of leaving, but not registered with bank which have caused time waste for solving the issue.

There was nothing spectular about the hotel which for a business trip means I will stay there again on my next trip to Vienna. The hotel was in a very good location, economical, staff attentive and polite. It was a nice trip.

I liked the best: - the location of the hotel (a lot of major Vienna's atractions are easy reachable by foot) - the breakfast - the room overall (especially the bed, which was very comfortable) Overall, a very nice hotel. Nothing to complain about.

We had a reeeeeeeeeeeally comfortable king-size bed, and in our opinion that is a huge plus for a 4-star hotel. (The bed I would consider is of 5-star quality). Location and hotel amenities: good value for money. Nice toiletries, complimentary bottel of water. Breakfast buffet very good. Staff couldn't do enough for us. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and will definitely consider for our next stay if the value for money-factor remains consistent. The hotel has been given a face lift but it does nonetheless look a little worn

If you not expect anything special you will not be dissapointed. The pictures of hotel are misleading, as usual for most of the hotels. Basic standard hotel. The hotel is maximum 3*, but what you can expect if the price is double lower than in other 4* hotels. Absolutely nor recomend the breakfast for 19 eur. The better option is take breakfest in the city, much more better and cheaper.
