The location of the hotel is excellent. You are at a walking distance from Stadt Park, underground and city ring. The rooms are fair for a 4 star hotel.

Perfect position for someone who wants to attend a concert at the konzerthaus. Only few minutes walk from practically everything in Vienna. Very expensive hotel parking (compare to the price of the room)

Fairly good location, good breakfast, free wireless internet, reasonable pricing, clean, classic music in lobby, next to the theater and concert house... Small room, windows were not airtight and there was a constant airflow in the room, the heating equipment did not work for the whole time we stayed there, the restaurant has quite big prices for lunch/dinner

very positive experience at this hote...staff were friendly and provided excellent service and recommendations. 2 PCs in the lobby for accessing internet was appreciated and free. Breakfast buffet (included in my rate) was large with a nice variety. The location for my event at the Konzerthaus was awesome on a quite side street, yet easy to find travelling from the West bahnhof.

Very good hotel - situated almost at the centre (not more than 10 minutes to Opera State House and less than 5 minutes - to metro station). Interesting desighn. Climt'' reprodactions. Helpful personal - assist at every questions. As for me, more meat dish (sausages?) at breakfast.

Location is fine (not very centrally, but within walking distance - 15 minutes walk from Stephansdom - and very close to all means of transport). The area is not very lively (few bars, shops..) but has an aristocratic atmosphere with various important buildings around (Concerthaus, Embassies etc). The room (superior double) was spacious, functional, aesthetically designed and with a nice view to the Concerthaus and more. The staff was very helpful througout (from reception to breakfast room) Breakfast was excellent! (Although we were rather precautious, since we had read poor comments on that) on the contrary, we were very enthusiastic about it: Rich variety, fresh selection, nice room, helpful and polite staff

Location, room, comfort Not quite sure of the way of handling the paying. The whole amount has been deducted on the credit card the day of the arrival, but the hotel continued to retain twice 100Eur the same day. 100Eur have been returned the same day?!, the other 100Eur have been canceled the day of leaving, but not registered with bank which have caused time waste for solving the issue.

I liked the best: - the location of the hotel (a lot of major Vienna's atractions are easy reachable by foot) - the breakfast - the room overall (especially the bed, which was very comfortable) Overall, a very nice hotel. Nothing to complain about.
