Everything was ok. The people in the reception were friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice, warm and stylish. Breakfast was ok, although the room was too small for all the ghests.

Twice, we had to sit on stools at breakfast. Too few tables for too many people. They even run out of bread rolls.

Recommend to friends and acquaintances, who would have stopped there. In the details is determined by the quality of the hotel: good hair dryer, plush funds for the soul, good coffee at Breakfast, clean bed now accessories, towels and other things. Really fantastic hotel! Nice rooms desighned with Klimt's pictures, tasty breakfast and everywhere is Mozart's music...And,of course, perfect location: it's too close to main sightseeyngs and shopping centers.

Big spacy room with extrabig bed, Klimt painting on the wall and exelent soundproofing. Speedy wifi is in each room.Special thanks to those people who choose materasses as they are extremly comfortable. Also free tea, coffe and water in the room. Quite big (for Vienna's hotels) bathroom with L'occitane cosmetics. Very rich breakfasts. Helpful staff on reception and 3 lifts in lobby. Location is very good for citywalking and cat using (10 min walk). Highly recommended either for leasure weekend or bussines trip.

As the hotel is for smoker you can feel a smell of cigaretes in the korridors of the hotel.

Well equipped room with good soundproofing. Comfortable and soft king- size bed. A huge blanket and two pillows to choose from. The floor is carpeted. Facilities for making tea/coffee and free bottle of water. Warm bathroom with good lighting, comfortable mirrors, and l'occitane cosmetics. Lots of hangers in the closet. Great breakfasts from 6:30 to 10:30 (on Sundays to 12:00). There are 3 lifts - no waiting. Fast wifi connection. Hotel could have 5 stars.

Well organised and efficient and clean rooms.

Bar area is ugly and looks run down. My biggest problem was that I first reserved a room for 109 euro and then after I had to stay longer for business and I asked for one more night which cost me 131 euro for the same room. I really don't understand why I had to pay 22 euro more if I book longer. This goes against any economic law and is not customer friendly. This attitude is a reason for me not to come back. I have addressed it two with the staff but there was unfortunately no flexibility shown.

The hotel is located in a very quiet street, not too far from the city center, so everything is in walking distance. The Konzerthaus is right across the street, we attended a very nice breakfast concert there. Also in walking distance: two of Vienna's best restaurants, "Gmoa Keller" (with Austrian fare) and "Pan e Vino" (with upscale Italian fare). Breakfast at the hotel is lovely, with a big buffet selection. Rooms are comfortable, beds are good, but the furniture and bathroom fittings are bit outdated.

The whole look and feel of the place is rather 3 star than 4, but everything is spotless and people are nice.

Almost perfect! Unbelievably comfortable bad and pillows, good cosmetics, quiet and successfully located (close to the most of the city interests and good restaurants), rather variable breakfast, friendly staff.

I did not manage to iron my dress in the night as there were no spare iron boards at late hours and staff offered me iron board in the morning. In the rooms there were no slippers.

Everything, the staff was very friendly, they allowed us to check in earlier and check out later as we were with a baby who had to sleep. The rooms were very nice decorated, the hotel itself was very lovely
