The location is great, metro station within 5 minutes walk and city centre within 10 minutes walk Money for Credit Card check were blocked for 3 weeks and were only released after i talked directly with the hotel management. |

Nice, clean rooms.The breakfast was very good. You can walk to the city centre or take the metro which is just 2 blocks from the hotel. The internet-service was expensive |

Pleasant service, good location, quiet street, comfortable bed, ok breakfast, good internet connection. Reasonable price in an expensive city High cost of phone calls: not the hotels fault but an urgent ten minute call to Vietnam cost as much as the hotel room for the night: that bears no relation to the cost to the telco of providing the call and is frankly theft. |

Staff was very kind and helpfull, the room was perfect (comfortable bed :-), clean room & bathroom, nice furnished). Im very satisfied with everything. |

When I tried to change my reservations and pointed out that I could have made the reservations at the same rate with the option to cancel, the staff basically told me tough luck and had no sympathy for me whatsoever despite the fact it would not have cost them anything to change the reservation. Their intransigence cost me over $1000 in additional airfare. |

The room is always clean and breakfast is very good, we have eaten nice breakfast during our stay at hotel. The hotel is nearby town hall and parliament, and U-barn, so it was easy to go to the center as well. The regulator of the heating could be more modernized. We had a well warmed room, but sometimes the room could be very warm. Some children guests run always the stair, so it was sometimes noisy. The receptionist should mention to the family who has some kids that they should not run the stairs to make noise. |
