Great loocation and value. We wanted a place for 2 nights that was a good location for reaching the subway and touring the city and this was it! Friendly staff, great breakfast, clean room--just right. Also enjoyed dinner at Marionhauf (recommended by hotel) nearby. It was a safe area even at night. If you don't plan to spend much time in your room, this is a great place.

Garage is very small. Also it is kind of expensive - 17 euro per day. So, if you plan to park a big car, I would recommend to choose one of the public parking places in the area.

Expensive during the holiday. Room too small. Air conditioning not working. Elevator didn't work one day. Does not worth the money at all. Very good hotel in Vienna for half of this price.

Location is excellent. Lots of historical buildings are within walking distance. Hotel is close to metro station. Very friendly and helpful staff (e.g. offered us breakfast bag because of early flight). Permanent coffee, tea and fresh fruit in the lobby. Not too large hotel, but also good for business trip. Swisscom offers paid wired and wifi in the own hotel room (business arrangement). Wired connection did not work well. Strength of wireless in our room was too low (bad price/quality). On the contrary, paid wireless in the hotel lobby worked very well. The printing facilities as part of the business arrangement were great.

Clean, convenient, good location and helpful staff. I was charged for internet time I couldn't access (my computer's fault), but after explaining the situation to the very helpful lady on the desk, the charge was removed.

Nice clean rooms, good breakfast, good location, just 5 min wals to nearest metro station Rathause. Close to city center and StephanPlatz – you can walk 15 minutes via Hofburg Palace. Near good pub with variety of beer and nice food and for valuable money.

Compact rooms – not too much space, just to come and sleep. A front of the hotel is a big construction area. They do start early morning their works (from 6-00am) and it makes a lot of noise. So prepare yourself to wake up every morning at 6 am. Sleeping with this noise all over the day time is impossible. At nigh all noise and works stopped.

I liked everything about this hotel. It was just perfect! I think it's a good value for money. My husband and I stayed at this hotel for four nights and we found it absolutely great! The room was modern, very light, big enough and cleaned every day. The breakfast was quite good: hot frankfurters and scrambled eggs, eggs, a big variety of cheese, cold meat, bakery, flakes, marmalade, fresh fruits (melon, apples, pears, kiwi), freshly squeezed orange juice, tea, coffee. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is situated in a quiet street, a little bit away from the very centre. But the city centre is in a walking distance, the metro station is in a two-minute walk. Round the corner there are two supermarkets and there are several restaurants nearby. One of them is a typical local place with delicious meals and very reasonable prices. The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful and nice. I would highly recommend Alpha hotel and if I come to Vienna again I would definitely stay there.

I'd like everything, hotel staff were all very kind. Hotel is located in the center of Vienna with a convenient traffic next to it. Hotel room was nice and appropriate for it's price category, equipped with everything you need (even a hair dryer). Breakfast was delicious and varied. Regular cleaning of the room, in my opinion, towels and bed linen were changed too often.
