The hotel room was very nice decorated, excellent breakfest, staff and location - very close to the Rathausplatz. There are nice restaurants and bars closed to the hotel. Safe area. |

Very convenient location, close to tube station. Clean room and good breakfast. Very warm staff. The internet access charged is so expensive. The room is a bit small. |

Friendly, helpful staff. Staff provided good recommendations for restaurants nearby. Location excellent-walkable to city centre. Breakfasts were costly, so we went elsewhere. |

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The buffet breakfast was awesome, there are so many variety of bread, jams, cold cuts, etc...I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends. |

The location is perfect! 3Min away from the subway station and just 10min walking distance to all main attractions of vienna, 15min walk to Hofburg. Everything was perfect! Clean, nice breakfast, nice staff. Really enjoyed staying there Hotel doesn't have an agreement with the Royal Tour company, which provides everyday tours to different places, incl.prague. While 99% of all hotels in vienna do work with this company. At the reception a nice lady refused to help me to book a tour therefore I asked for a help in another hotel, paid there and in the morning they picked me up from Alpha. |

Hotel is well located in the city. Close to public transportation. I well stay there again and recommend it to others, No. The hotel clerks were very helpful in contacting transportation services out of Vienna and contacting other hotels on our schedule. |
