フロントの方がとても新設でした。バスタオルも毎日換えてくださり、心地良かったです。 私は気になりませんが、窓が通りに面しているので、早朝～遅くまで、通りを行く人の話し声が聞こえます。気- になる方には気になるのでは？ |

地下鉄駅から近いのがよかった。カールスプラッツ駅へもすぐ出られ、またミッテ駅等にも隣のフォルクステア- ター経由ですぐ行かれる。 値段相応である。とくに不満はない。 |

The staff were excellent throughout our stay - helpful and friendly. The rooms were small but well decorated and spotless. The hotel was within walking distance of the old town and Christmas markets. The price was very reasonable and the buffet breakfast was one of the best I've ever had at a hotel. I would definitely go back next time I visit Vienna. |

The hotel room was very nice decorated, excellent breakfest, staff and location - very close to the Rathausplatz. There are nice restaurants and bars closed to the hotel. Safe area. |

The location is perfect! 3Min away from the subway station and just 10min walking distance to all main attractions of vienna, 15min walk to Hofburg. Everything was perfect! Clean, nice breakfast, nice staff. Really enjoyed staying there Hotel doesn't have an agreement with the Royal Tour company, which provides everyday tours to different places, incl.prague. While 99% of all hotels in vienna do work with this company. At the reception a nice lady refused to help me to book a tour therefore I asked for a help in another hotel, paid there and in the morning they picked me up from Alpha. |
