This is not a 4 stars Hotel, it can be rated maximum 3 stars. The furniture was old and the moquette smelled bad. Small bathroom.

nice old hotel, ski bus pick up at door drop off at meeting point. internet only worked on the 1st night, and not being fixed for 2 days. chose this hotel despite its location due to the wifi service, but after all, we end up staying further from center and dont even have wifi nor public pay wifi coverage. breakfast!!! individual/small group guest r isolated in a room with only cold plates, while a huge asian tourist group are served with hot breakfast in the inner room. this is not right

Was a nice hotel, staff was friendly, had a good breakfast in the morning and nice room. I felt the price was a tad bit high for a family of 3. I thought it was a little bit poor that I had to select a "triple room" for my 2 year old son, when he only needed a baby cot. We would have fit easily in a double and then had ample room for a baby cot. Instead we had an extra bed in the room that only took up space.

It was nice it had an underground parking, even if there were only limited places(10 or 12). It is not so close to the city center, but in walking distance, right beneath the mountains. Our view was not in that direction, but it would have been nice. The minibar was locked, so there was no possibility to cool our drinks in there.

The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the old town. Three adults fit comfortably in a triple room. This is a great home base for skiing -- the hotel provides a bus each morning to the lot where all of the other ski busses depart, and the local rental shop will pick you up and drop you off with your rental gear.

Sehr nettes Hotel, gutes Service und perfekt für einen City Trip. Die Lage ist etwa 15 Gehminutem vom Zentrum. Schmutzige Handtücher! Auch bei Nachbestellen von frischen handtüchern wurden erneut unsaubere und wirklich nicht mehr ansehliche handtücher auf's Zimmer gebracht. Handtücher verdienen somit sicherlich keine 4 Sterne, nicht einmal 2!

* Ruhige Lage und trotzdem ist man schnell im Zentrum! * Der Service in der Bar war ausgezeichnet! * Das Frühstück könnte um diesen Preis ausgiebiger sein (mehr Auswahl, frische Marmeladen und nicht die Packerl etc.). * Der Service beim Frühstück war etwas nachlässig (wir mussten uns beispielsweise selbst das Besteck besorgen).

De rustige ligging, toch redelijk dicht bij het centrum. Vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt, nette kamers.De mogelijkheid op je auto in de parkeergarage te zetten is heel fijn in een drukke stad als Innsbruck!

Das Personl war immer freundlich,bei Beschwerden wurde sofort reagiert. Das Hotel ist soweit in ordnug,wenn nicht jeden Tag 2 bis 3Busse von Durch- reisenden Europatouristen,morgens beim Frühstück ein durcheinander auslösten.

窓からの眺めがすばらしく、バストイレも広くてよかった。 駅や旧市街の主要な観光スポットからは離れています。トラムの電停からは100mほどですが、トラムは旧市- 街をぐるっと遠回りしますのでInnsbruck Hbfからタクシーの利用をお勧めします。

Gute Lage, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Seit langer Zeit wieder in einem Hotel, in welchem das Wort unfreundlichkeit gross geschrieben wird. Leider werden die Zimmer an Reisegruppen "verheizt" dementsprechend unmotiviert und unfreundlich treten sämtliche Mitarbeiter auf. Von der Rezeption bis hin zu den "Abräumern" am Frühstücksbuffet. Internet gibt es trotz Angebotsausschreibung nicht - das Frühstück war ein Hohn. Woher die 4 Sterne kommen???

La estancia fue buena, la habitacion limpia, aunque pequeña pero para mi estaba bien comoda. No tuve ningun inconveniente en el hotel. Si tuviera que ir denuevo un fin de semana me alojaria denuevo. Había un poco de bulla en la noche por las personas que se hospedaban en el hotel y me costaba un poco conciliar el sueño.

海外では珍しいシングルルーム、最初は部屋の狭さに驚いたが日本のビジネスホテルと同じ、バイキングの朝食- 付きでGood。 室内がやや暗いが泊まるだけならば快適。 鉄道駅や市街地までも徒歩圏内でオリンピックワールドまで徒歩で１５分の距離で夜間歩いても問題無し。 私の泊まった部屋はシャワーのみでバスタブが無かった。
