i'm from South Korea and some of Korean web site was connected faster than i did in Korea also great support from front desk
it's a bit remote location from center not so many places to visit around hotel, but can't complain considering its price
The staff during our check in was very intense.
The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were clean. The bathroom was good with tub, nice shower and hot water. The location was fine, but not special.
The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. They actually came across as rude. We had some very simple requests for tram directions and tickets and rental ski places and we were snapped at like we were stupid. One evening we asked for a piece of fruit (to take some medicine with) and were told we wouldn't be able to have any until the next morning (I can't imagine they don't have the breakfast fruit already for the next morning in the kitchen). They also told us no stores would be open and left it at that. They never went out of their way to really help with a request or suggest alternatives. We went down to breakfast at 9:30 on Sunday (finishing at 10am) and were hurried along. They started packing everything up around us and looked annoyed that we were holding them up. We ended up taking our coffee and tea to our room because we felt awkward. We booked a double room, but this was 2 single beds pushed together with 2 separate duvets. This would be OK with a double mattress topper, but there wasn't, so as a couple travelling together, this wasn't ideal. The room was more basic than explained online too, which was disappointing.
The evening meal and breakfast were nice.
Unable to park in hotel car park when info said there was no need to reserve, we had to park a few streets away & it was snowing. We had booked a double room and were given a family room. No bath plug in the bath so had to have a shower.
Most of the staff were friendly, although the receptionist on out last day was rude and difficult when we asked her to book a taxi to the train station. This is a fundamental service (and not an especially complicated one) of a hotel reception surely?
We could check in already at 1 p.m.
The room did not correspond at all to the pictures that are shown on the web page! We had a horribly small corner room, with no space to leave the luggage, to move, etc. There was hardly any light AND it was damn cold! Due to the fact that the wall was inclined, it was full of ice and snow (outside) and thus damn cold, as if we were sleeping in a tent or something. We asked to change the room, but got nothing. We had to sleep with our heads covered and thanks God we did not got sick in the middle of our holidays!! Oh, and if you decide to go to the bar to have a drink, you'd better dont mind the bar beeing full of smoke!
Everything! Had a awesome time!
Good price ... Good wifi ... housekeeping are nice n friendly... :)
The receptionist is not accomodating.
Quite good in all other aspects except the bed. Thus hotel does nit gave king size or queen size bed. The lady at the reception was pretty helpful and arranged for a fitted sheet to join the two separate single beds so it was ok but need to check before hand on this before booking. I think its crazy not to provide a double bed to couples on a tour to alpine cities.
Liked almost everything, hotel staff was excellent, found them very welcoming. Breakfast was good too.
Room was clean and quiet, but a little dated, nice breakfast but very busy.
The whole hotel smelled of cigarette smoke all the time, quite expensive, curtains let the light in (though I realised at the end there were also shutters - my fault!), quite a walk from the old town
The tono and the bathroom too Mich small for this price
Not clean At all. Poor working toilet appliances. Poor breakfast.
Continental breakfast, quality or the rooms, reception staff were quite helpful.
Wi-fi quite slow and kept cutting out.
Clean room, very good breakfast.
Comfortable & clean room
The restaurant and it's employes were outstanding.
We had no complaonts.
It was clean ish
The staff was rude and miserable and didn't want to be there. The area is pretty much the ghetto of Innsbruck, far from moubtains, far from centre. The doors close overnight, so if you are going out for drinks, you might end up sleeping outside
Our requests were promptly met by staff who were polite and gracious. We were made to feel welcome despite a late arrival. The buffet breakfast is excellent. It includes a satisfying variety of fruits, pastries, yogurts and breads along with some of the best scrambled eggs I have found in a buffet.
The free wifi signal is weak on the third floor. We had to use our iPads in the lobby to send email.
The hotel is very good, the breakfast enough to start the day, the location gives the opportunity to see other parts of the city. A near by fruitshop has the better grapes ever!
easy 15 minute walk to historic town and shops close to exits from Autobahn rooms were good size, bathroom with bath and shower over it. Steam room and sauna available
street parking wasn't so easy to find but there is an underground garage for 9E/day. Rooms and restaurant seemed very warm
Close to a tram halt(Line No.3).
matress in bed much too soft
There was a problem with credit card terminal-payment was not realized from teh banks side. Next day the situation was the same payment did not go through. Then we were said that problems are with non-eu payment cards of Chines, Russians,... Our card is issued under EU, we are members of EU. My opinion-cash in the hand preference... Maybe booking.com could check..
