Location near metro station and close to many atraction. Good room isolation, nice wifi and fine breakfast. Free parking with lot of space.
Location far away from city centre. Nothing in walking distance nerby. Toilet can be better
The rooms were very nice and clean. The beds are very comfortable, even though the hotel is near the railroads, the rooms are noise free, the sound proof windows do their job very well. The breakfast was delicous, the good quality of the products is notable. There is a parcking space free of charge at the hotel, and if the parking lot filles up, the hotel provides you with an free extra parking space, outside the hotel. The metro station is very close to the hotel which is a very big bonus. All in all the hotel is perfect if you plan to visit Vienna and need a great place to stay; we will definitely come back to this hotel.
Nothing. Everything was perfect.
Verry good hotel with good location, good breakfast.I would visit this hotel again and recommend to my friends
Breakfast Room is small but nice Staff at the reception
I purposely booked this hotel because of it's location right outside Huttledorf train station. Here you have access via the U and S-bahn to anywhere in Vienna. Inter-city trains to/from Linz/Salzburg etc also stop here. I had a room overlooking the railway line but because of the good double glazing noise was at a minimum and did not disturb a good night's sleep. Helpful staff, a comfortable bed and an adequate breakfast made the stay a pleasant one.
Whether it's peculiar to room 4, I don't know but the shower did not keep a constant temperature. Kept going from hot to cold etc. Plumbing needs to be sorted.
The place is near the train station and the city trains help you get to places of interest. The food was good enough and the coffee was served with orange juice... you had to request for water though. The place was clean and quiet considrring that it was beside the railway but i can imagine it being noisy if you need to leave the windows open during summer but they do have airconditioning.
My first night, it was really cold in the room and i called the attention of the one manning the reception... apparently, he was new and didn't know what was wrong. He asked me to use an additional blanket but it didn't help much. The next day, Ingrid, who managed the place, thankfully gave me a warmer room which was also a bit bigger and apologized that i wasn't given one right away. She even gave me a discount and wine on the house so i guess that made up for it :-)
We spent a lovely three night stay in this Hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble.Free parking and underground buses etc just a short walk from the Hotel.Breakfast was included and more than enough variety.Free Wi Fi fast. All together a very pleasant stay and would DEFINITELY recommend this Hotel and would stay there again should we visit Vienna in the future. Many thanks to all the staff.

Free parking, subway and train station across from the hotel. Purchase of Vienna card from the hotel. Nice breakfast. Beautiful decorated hotel.
Close location to Hütteldorf train station made it very easy for travellers (especially those like us with Eurail Pass) to reach all corners of the city at no additional cost. Excellent breakfast is serve. Special attention was given to serve us breakfast earlier than normally scheduled, on our date of departure.
I had some problems with my Internet connection that could not be solved by the available staff. It was eventually assumed by the staff that my Internet service provider was most probably black listed. This assumption proved not to be the case when I was later assisted by a more knowledgeable third party to change the way I signed on to the internet. Also as the case in most other hotels, there was no heated rack in bathroom to dry out occasional under clothes that was rinsed out.
Quiet and peaceful area; great breakfast. Staff is excellent.
Distance from the center of town; however bus and rail service is conveniently located across the street.
Train station Hutteldorf is 2 mins walk, about 5 stops to Schonbrunn Palace then continue about 6 stops on the same line to Karlsplatz, then walk to Vienna's old town or transfer to Stephansplatz. Hotel has a small but useful carpark, you get booked if you street park. Room is comfortable, shower is strong, there is a bath. Breakfast is good. Shops and restaurants in walking distance, ask reception for a map.
Room is quite small, particularly when there's 3 so you have a foldout for your child.
Reasonably priced Easy access via line U4. Good buffet breakfast included in room rate. Free WIFI
Immediate area is lacking in interest: essentially it's a base and somewhere to sleep
staff service, breakfast is good;location is good but too close to the train station;
Some rooms facing the station may hear a bit noice but acceptable.
Location near to the bus and underground station for 20 minute access to Vienna centre. Cleanliness and high standard of rooms. Comfortable beds. Helpful staff. Good breakfast.
Limited parking. No tea or coffee making facilities in room. Pillows too soft.
Really close to the station 15 mins to the centre. Very helpful staff and willing to have a laugh. Breakfast was very good and the room clean and spacious.
We were lucky to get a parking space. Room looking a little bit tired, but perfectly clean.
Easy to find with a car. Free car parking. Close to end-station of Underground. Rich breakfast. Unbelievable 100% noise protection. Perfect.
Acessibility from the motorway into Vienna. Convienience of the nearby U2 Line directly into the centre of Vienna. Parking, provided that a space was available on arrival.
Our room (No 32) was inadequately furnished in that there was no luggage rack or sizeable table/work top. Inability to prebook parking even if disabled or elderly.
Very Helpful Staff Excellent Breakfast
cool place.... a couple of subway stops away from downtown
The staff is friendly and helpful. Whenever I had a request from them, they tried to fulfill those immediately. The hotel was quiet and very close to Hütteldorf underground station. The wifi functioned perfectly without any interruption. Chairs in the room were comfortable. Air condition functioned well. Breakfast was acceptable.
There were no slippers in the room, so I had to request them. There were no instructions how to use the safe, so I had to ask the reception. The bed was too short for my size. In one bed there were some pieces of hair, so it was not very very clean. The cleaning lady just comes into the room as a routine, but doesn't clean or do anything except leaving the windows open for several hours, changing the towels and touching whatever you leave on the table. This changed however after I complained about this to the reception and then she cleaned thoroughly. The breakfast is acceptable, however there are no unlimited fruit juices, tea or coffee etc. You get just one glass of orange nectar (no pure juice, but nectar! and only orange nectar (i.e. no other fruits)) and tea or coffee served in a pot. It would be better, if there were cans of several fruit juices and water and tea and coffee machines available on a table in the breakfast room.
clean, warm and comfortable room; flat screen TV helpful and friendly staff next to Metro station, easy to access to and fro from airport
Arrived on a Sunday evening. First impressions were that it was in a slightly run down area opposite the station. Then things just got better. Excellent staff/reception and found it to be a really comfortable, spacious and nicely furnished Hotel. Even better was that even on a quiet evening they gave us a choice of five nice restaurants in the area. All easy to walk to without any worries. The fact that the station opposite is on the end of the U4 underground train was a real bonus with all tourist sites being easily reached. Parking right outside reception and without cost was an added bonus.
No real lounge area in the Hotel
Location to public transportation, parking on property, availability of the vienna card
Very close to train line which means getting to Vienna City Center was very easy. We were even able to take the train all the way to and from the airport.
