Hotel An Der Wien  

Clean and comfort. Breakfast OK but need to be improved.

The most important for me was the internet connection. I'm for the third time in this hotel and the internet connection for the third time the internet not working. The parking was very crowded but they have some other places near the hotel.

The front dest staff was very helpful about what to explore and the best way - also with restaurant recommendations, etc. The breakfast and staff were both very nice, but they probably needed more help to keep up with the tables especially when they were hosting tour buses.

The staff, location (in front of a metro station), breakfast. Excellent cost x benefits. I definitely recommend it and will come back in my next trip to Vienna!

Location near U ban, good breakfast, friendly staff, Vienna like hotel design. Good value for money.

Bathroom is separated from toilette, and toilette is small. Parking is small, but we had public parking costs refunded in hotel.

The location was convenient, clean and warm welcoming staff. We would say, this place is fabulous for people who seek budget price, use public transport with good connection.

Two mattresses joined together and 2 individual duvet. But if we had to request maybe we would have been provided with our needs as the owner and the staff were ever ready to help to make our stay enjoyable.

Good, family runned hotel, far from the center but very close to the underground station. The train takes you every 5 minutes to the center in 10-15 minute. Wonderful tv, large screen, 4 italian channels (wow!!!). WiFi free, internal park free (which is a big value in Vienna). Many good and cheap restaurants in the surroundings. An excellent choise for car traveller.

Our second visit to the hotel. Very comfortable, kind and helpfull staff, free parking, good breakfast. The hotel is far from the city centre, but just next to a metro station.

The parking is still quite small. We had a parking place, but in holiday season it might be a problem. One can, however, park for free in the street, and there is a big park&ride nearby.

Breakfast was good, not very well localized but the subway station is very close, like three minutes walking, it takes 20 minutes to come the center of the city without changing station. Close to Schönbrunn castle, toilet renovated, but not the rest of the room.

Small room, very basic without room service, in fact except the breakfast they don't offer any other service, the location even close to the subway is a very isolated place, there are not restaurants or stores close to the hotel, nothing to see in the neighborhood, it's a little heavy if you want to comeback to take a rest and continue your visit during the afternoon to the city. We had problems to get a taxi to the airport, if you have to travel early in the morning perhaps is not a good idea, the hotel didn't help us to get a taxi, they told us we could get one out in front of the subway, but just impossible, it's an area isolated as I said before, so think about it, not really cheap for what it offers and I think it's over rated.

Every member of the staff was perfect, and the manager went above and beyond helping us with all our needs, tourist advice, arranging a taxi to the airport, etc. The breakfast was bountiful and delicious, and we appreciated the elegant white tablecloths and china. The double rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were modern and sparkling clean, and the location right across from the train station made it easy to get to all tourist attractions. Wireless internet in our rooms was excellent. We parked our vehicle in the gated lot for no charge. The hotel was almost completely full right before New Year's Eve, but despite being very busy, the staff was delightful and took time to make sure we enjoyed our stay!

The first night, the parking lot was full, so we parked on the street - not a problem on weekends when we were there, but if it had been during the work week, there's not 24-hour parking on the street. The room with 2 single beds was much smaller than our other rooms with double beds, so the adult siblings in that room were a little cramped.

We were here for the third time. As always, we appreciated the comfort, 47"-55" TV, breakfast, close to U-metro station (3 min away by walking), some small supermarkets across the metro station.

The hotel was clean and comfortable with large en-suite rooms and all the normal facilities such as mini bar and good strength free wifi. The public areas were well kept. We enjoyed the breakfast very much (continental plus boiled eggs). Service at breakfast was very good and friendly, tea, coffee, orange juice were served promptly. The Hotel is about 15 minutes from the centre, but we had free parking on site and enjoyed trips by tram and underground into the centre with stops for both nearby. A 3 day ticket cost 14.50 euros and covered all tram, bus and underground travel within the city; we used it extensively to get around the various sites of interest. The Hotel was situated directly opposite a mainline railway station. We requested a room at the rear and were unaffected by noise. This was our second stay at this Hotel, we would certainly use it again and recommend it to others

One tiny thin., The curtains were thin and didn't entirely keep out the light from the car park security light.

We had a big and comfortable double bed. The breakfast room was elegant and clean.Also the Hotel had free parking and Good wi-fi speed . The staff was always friendly and helpful, so we had a very pleasant stay.

No water supply in the Toilet.Only in the Bathroom.

From the beginig at the reception I was asked for my name and signature. Nothing more. Friendly and correct staff. Breakfast was awesome. Even if I asked for a smoking room, I didn't smoked and even I quit smoking :).
