Hotel Pension ARPI  

Breakfast was very good each morning. Staff is friendly. Value for money is quite good based on Vienna room prices. Location is fairly close to central area.

Reception closes early - about 9:00 PM. Rooms are very small. No wake-up calls are provided. Was noisy outside sometimes due to room location.

Great location that provides quick access to everywhere else in Vienna via the 5 street tram and the 31A bus. The staff are extra efficient, friendly and treat everyone with a generally pleasant attitude and a smile.

Slow and weak WIFI internet connection in my room.

The hotel is quite near the city center. 20 minutes walk from Rathaus.

It's very noisy: the tram line is right under the windows, which have very poor noise isolation. The staff disregarded our request for a quiet room. Ants in the bathroom. Uncomfortable beds. Shabby look.

Clean room and wc. Tv and wifi. Interesting old house with high ceiling. Ok to stay for 3 nights.

It is not a hotel, it's pension. But it is Vienna which is quite expensive, and such a room for 50Eu must be ok. It fits for business visits or just to sleep in a clean place, not to feel comfort. Rooms are on the 1st floor and when window is opened you can hear easily the tram and shouting youngsters, if you shut the window it is quite hot, even if outside is +25. There is no condition in the room #29 (don't know about others).

The hotel is located quite close to the center of the city and different sightseeings. For me it's really important as I love walking and try to get to places on foot. The staff is polite and friendly Towels were changed as soon as you showed you needed it

There was no central heating in the bathroom. Besides, roommaids weren't very hardworking. Only rubbish was collected every day but the floor wasn't cleaned regularly

Given its location and its price range, ARPI is excellent value for money, for someone who needs a room just to stay and not a room to play football in.

I was awakened by loud noises in the middle of the night. Breakfast could be a little richer.

The was a tram stop just near the hotel.

The nearest metro station was 800 meters.

Easy location for both walking and local transport to the centre. It can be stayed for few days to discover Vienna.

Generally it seems clean but when you look behind the headboard it is really dusty, that may cause problem to the allergic people who stays there. There is no lift, that may cause problem to elderly people.

Very good location - just 3 tram stops or a few minutes walking to the inner city; quiet street; good food at breakfast; cosy room and modernly equipped shower room.

Wi-Fi was often off or not working properly; room for one person is too small - there is hardly enough place for luggage; staff entered my room for cleaning once too early - at 9am.

It is a no nonsense type of hotel. I didn't need a lot, so my single room was perfect. It was small, but I didn't expect to be in my room for much time. I was in Vienna to see the sights. The room did have a television, but didn't really use it. The hotel offers free wifi which was perfect! They even had a free computer to use in the lobby if you didn't have your own. Again, I didn't need much, so I didn't really have any interaction with hotel staff besides check-in and out which was very easy. I would definitely stay here again.

The only time you are in the main lobby is to check-in. Any other time you leave or come back to your room, you leave through another entrance. The entrance on the street is locked and you are given a key to this door. It is a heavy door and I found a couple of times that the door was not completely shut, therefore not locked. After this door you go up stairs (no elevator) and depending on which floor you are on, you come to another locked door. This part I really liked. The only thing was that the light in the stairwell/hallway was out so it was a bit scary, especially after coming home to find the street door not locked. It was only one night, it was fixed very quickly.After the second locked door you arrive in a hallway where the room are,

We have asked for a spare bad for a 1 year old kid, they forgot it. Not received information about parking rules in Vienna.
