Nothing at all

The location was good for us. Not too far to walk to the Old Town.

The room was tiny and the bathroom almost too small for one person. Access to WiFi was too cumbersome.

Very good clean hotel

The hotel was beautiful, small in my opinion, but beautiful. It was noise free, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is not far from the centre, Salzburg is a rather small city, so getting from one side to the other is a walk in the park. The room was clean and big, and it had a pleasant smell. It was airy and comfortable.

The only downside of this hotel was the lack of free wi-fi. Only the first 30 minutes are free, then you are bound to pay if you enjoy being connected to the internet. It is not a tragedy, but free wi-fi is a great advantage for those who travel on business and need to keep in touch with their boss maybe.

Close to the airport and the old city, nice comfortable hotel. Staff were accomodating to my young children.

Modern equipped Bedroom and Bathroom. On a bus route to City centre. Only 4-5 km to the Airport.

6-10 stairs leading up to Hotel Entrance. No lift on 1st Floor so inconvenient with luggage. Not many restaurants close to hotel.

The staff was amazing, so helpful and polite. The room was very spacious compared to other hotel rooms in Europe. Great location, wifi in the room. Fabulous experience.

The staff was very helpful with whatever we needed. We loved the outstanding breakfast, extremely comfortable beds and pillows, and peacefully quiet room. We stayed for 1 week and would highly recommend it to anyone! Wonderful hotel!

It is good, that it has a free parking.

It is more kind of a guest house, not a hotel.It has extremely small rooms. It is not a good breakfast at all. Look at the dates of yogurts, it could be out of date.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There is a bus stop almost opposite the hotel for the city centre, or a 10 / 15 minute walk will get you there. We had a couple of glasses of red in the small bar area one night - very reasonable price and lovely to boot. Very handy for the airport - 10 Euros by taxi Breakfast was usual buffet style and very nice - fresh coffee delivered to our table almost as soon as we arrived each morning.

The location is not at the centre of Salzburg. However, by walking to the centre is still OK.

When we were there, the staff were exceptionary helpful and courtious. We had a good time at Salzburg thanks to the General Manager recommendations. We had the best trout lunch at Lake Kognisee. The morning Breakfast spread was good and sufficient.

clean, cosy, quiet hotel with lovely breakfast and well-fitted rooms, parking available, bus stop in front of the hotel, not far from the city center that makes a pleasant walk.

It is on a busline so easy access to downtown. The included breakfast was great! Staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff were helpful in looking up things online for us but the owner intervened and said we could do it ourselves so staff stopped helping us. They were, however, helpful in booking tours for us.

Nicely located just a small walk from central Salzburg or even faster with bus. Also close to Stiegl Brauwelt. Very helpful staff. Fresh hotel with reasonable parking possibilities on public street. Nice views over Underberg from our windows.

Another entry or two for the breakfast wouldn't frighten anyone.

Our stay was great! It was my mom's birthday and they surprised us with glasses of champagne at breakfast! Friendly and a good location for those that like a quiet stay a bit off the beaten path.
