Petit-déjeuner très bien ; le reste est très moyen sans plus Il est vieillot ; certaines chambres n'ont pas la clim ; nous avons été envoyé dans des chambres situées dans un batiment annexe alors que les enfants étaient dans le batiment principal |

The rooms were very nice, the staff was very friendly, they helped us book the "Sound of music tour", also helped with internet problems, and kept the car keys that we forget at the reception. Thanks a lot! |

All staff were friendly and helpful. Good selection to choose from at the buffet breakfast. The restaurant has a varied menu and the standard of food is very good. The hotel is child friendly and the restuarant staff are very relaxed when dealing with very young guests. Overall we were made to feel very welcome. I couldn't get the aircon to work. I could have gone to reception for help and I'm sure that they would have dealt with it but I just opened the window. Ther was a litttle noise from the street ( a fairly busy road) but it wasn't particularly disturbing. |

very old fashionned hotel, old and non convenient bathroom, dirty carpets at the reception, don't understand how it is classed 4*? no fresh orange juice and no good bread at the breakfast, too old fashionned furniture!!! far from the historical center of the city. near the station with no good frequentations. |

The staff was great, and very helpful. Free parking. I only mention below I wouldn't recommend because of the location. The description of the hotel location was a little deceptive. You are within walking distance to the bus/train, but I wouldn't classify it as "10 minute walk to all the famous sights." Parking was free, but limited. We just parked our car and left it while we took taxis or buses everywhere. |

The suites were large rooms - easily accomodated a family of five including a baby in a cot. Breakfast was large and started early (6:30). The non-stop (24x7) playing of The Sound of Music in English was definitely a highlight for the kids. It is a long walk (30 minutes at a child's pace) to get to the Old Town. Not a negative, but be prepared. Would stay at this hotel again! |

It is located near Congress centrer and Main railway station, next to big hotels like Marriott Renaissance and others, but is very cosy and quite (especially rooms which look into the yard) and looks small but it is not tiny (about 4 floors ). Breakfast is very good in the Indian-style restaurant and is traditional Austrian, but dinner in same restaurant in was not so good. It is located near Congress centrer and Main railway station, next to big hotels like Marriott Renaissance and others, but a bit distant from historical city center. However Salzburg is very compact, so it is about 10 minutes walk to Mirabel, and 10 more minute to old town on other side of the river, next to castle on the hill. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and it was a great relief to have air conditioning. We stayed at other hotels which cost the same and did not have the same amount of amenities. It was also nice having a couple movies playing in English because we don't speak enough German to understand the dubbed movies. |

Hotel is conveniently located near train and bus services. Restaurant that stayed open late so one can still have a drink and something to eat well past 10pm! |

Great breakfast, quiet room, good selection of TV channels especially the showing of The Sound of Music, the kids loved it. Also, very close to train station and a couple of sports bars a bit too far from the old town |

The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was easily accessible to the old town which was good. I was disappointed that we were asked to pay for internet usage. We are Australians have been travelling in Europe and tis is one of the few hotels or bed and breakfast places where we were asked to pay for internet access. |

The Hotel was as described, very close to the Main Train station, but still in a nice quiet street. The staff were really "homely" and gave us all the information about Salzburg and all the important tourist information.The room was clean and spacious with a nice bathroom. The service was brilliant at the breakfast.The hotel went the extra mile to offer good service.Excellent value for money ! Hotel was a bit dimly lit. |

The room was clean and had the features expected in price range, it was nice to have a reasonably priced restaurant in the hotel. The main bed was excellent but the kids stayed on folding beds which had good mattresses but had no support in them and sagged. |

Closeness to the train station. Most staff are very friendly. Good food. Just a couple of staff at the front desk who were not very cordial or helpful. The others were great and that compensated for the not so good experience with the unfriendly ones. All in all almost most staff were helpful and cordial. |
