Hotel Der Salzburger Hof

JZTVが見れて子供たちは喜んでました。ホテルスタッフの対応がレセプション、レストラン他　何処においてもよかったです。またザルツブルクカードもホテルに置かれているので朝一番、とても助かりました。

ミラベル庭園まで子供（３歳）と一緒に歩いて、１５分。大人だけだったら、５分位でしょうか。JSTV（日本語放送）チャンネル有り。駅まで３分位の、便利な場所ですが、窓を閉めれば全く車の音も気になりませんでした。私達は旧館に宿泊しましたが、部屋もとっても広くダブルの部屋をリクエストしたのですがトリプルで、子供がいるので助かりました。夕食を一度ホテルのレストランで取りました。子供がいても嫌な顔せず対応してくれ助かりました。スープが美味しかったです。ホテルとレストランの経営は別のようです。イタリアン・インド・オーストリア料理を一つのレストランで楽しめます。このコストパフォーマンスでホテルの立地＆施設は納得・十分だと思います。

朝食のパンが固くて美味しくない。シリアルやアメリカンタイプの品揃えなんですが・・・・。

駅に近くて便利。

水道水が最初お湯しか出ず、水が出るまでかなり時間がかかった。

部屋は広くて快適でした．駅からも近く，便利でした．朝食も充実していました．

道路に面していたため，ややうるさかった．窓を閉めれば問題ないが，夏暑いときには窓を開けるので気になった．

Good point : バスタブがある。クーラーがある。衛星テレビでJSTV（日本語放送）が見れる。フロントの対応が良い。レストランが非常においしい。お勧めはインド料理。ここのレストランは、インド料理、オーストリア料理、イタリアン料理が食べられる。レストランの利用だけでも価値ありの味。

クーラーがあったが、故障していて一部屋はクーラーなしで夜を過ごした。熱帯夜でつらかった。

The suites were large rooms - easily accomodated a family of five including a baby in a cot. Breakfast was large and started early (6:30). The non-stop (24x7) playing of The Sound of Music in English was definitely a highlight for the kids.

It is a long walk (30 minutes at a child's pace) to get to the Old Town. Not a negative, but be prepared. Would stay at this hotel again!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and it was a great relief to have air conditioning. We stayed at other hotels which cost the same and did not have the same amount of amenities. It was also nice having a couple movies playing in English because we don't speak enough German to understand the dubbed movies.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was easily accessible to the old town which was good.

I was disappointed that we were asked to pay for internet usage. We are Australians have been travelling in Europe and tis is one of the few hotels or bed and breakfast places where we were asked to pay for internet access.

Excellent family run quiet hotel.

The Hotel was as described, very close to the Main Train station, but still in a nice quiet street. The staff were really "homely" and gave us all the information about Salzburg and all the important tourist information.The room was clean and spacious with a nice bathroom. The service was brilliant at the breakfast.The hotel went the extra mile to offer good service.Excellent value for money !
