The hotel was very clean and tidy and quiet. It was not exactly in the centre of town but we liked the fact that we had to travel around to see places. There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room ... and as we got up late and missed breakfast it would have been nice to have made our own tea. |

The room was big, quite clean with comfortable bed. The standard room was located in a back portion of the hotel that looks max. 3 star. The room is big, but quite basic. TV no remote etc... The staff was ok, but not too friendly. |

Very close to metro station: an entrance just on the opposite site of a road. And around 15 minutes walking to the Opera. Beds are comfortable. |

I liked the profesionalism of the receptionist, the prompt reaction when I've asked about the heating system, the overall comfort. there was one receptionist in the last night not very helpful. |

If you like that turn of the century feeling in your hotels, this one's perfect for you. Everything was old, from the facade to the beds, yet comfortable. It's near a subway station that goes straight to the city center. Relatively too expensive, when compared with other options nearby. Breakfast not included. No free internet. |

Our room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The staff was very helpful, but curt at times. While not right in the city center, there is a tram stop right around the corner which makes going into the city center fast and convenient. The breakfast was extremely overpriced. We tried it one morning, and opted to buy food from the grocery store across the street for the remainder of our stay. |

The hotel is very close to the tram ans 5 minutes walk from the underground. clean rooms, and welcoming staff. Very recomended. The breakfast is expensive (15 Euros). That's it. I didn't take it. |

We got a room one category upper than we paied :). The hotel is very close to the main metro line which goes directly to the city center. So, better impossible! The breakfast price at the hotel is too high (15eur/ person) but there is a McDonallds McCafe at 50 meters :) |

We liked our room with a bathtub and airconditioning system for a resonable price including a good breakfast. It is not central located, but we could go sightseeing by trum and underground. It is a quite good hotel for low budget travellers as most of hotels in downtown are highly priced. Internet charge is too high. It would be better if hotel staff could speak better English. Instruction for a direction was not kind enough to follow. Therefore we took longer time to find a place. Maps and English information booklets should be displayed near the front desk. |

Generally, very good. Only one point I was disappointed was that the room was equipped with shower only (no bath tab). |

Nice hotel, ok location. Additional 15€ for the breakfast is too much, although the breakfast itself is nice. |

OK location, not too far away from old town (20 minute walk). Air conditioned rooms were capacious and clean. Taxi services saved money for us. Breakfast is decent, but costs additional 15 euros is a bit too much for it. Pillows in the bed were not the best quality.h |

It was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English. The room smelt of mothballs. The breakfast was very expensive at 15 euro per person. |

Hotel with not large rooms, but very comfortable and clean. We had liked the presence of a zoom mirror, useful to fudge and to shave. Efficient air conditioned system. The rooms are a little bit small, but the hotel have a very good cost-quality ratio! |

Great location, friendly staff and comfortable rooms made our stay really great. Fantastic deal in terms of value for money. 15 eur for breakfast seems a bit too much... |

Friendly staff. Was upgraded to superior category, when I asked for a quiet room. Bathrooms were clean, roomy and modern. Location very convenient. Room felt a bit cramped and dark. Location besides train station. Short term parking zone (unless you want to pay 20 € per day for hotel parking). |

Near both the tram and subway. Easy to travel. Very good value for the money as room is big enough and breakfast also included. |
