Near both the tram and subway. Easy to travel. Very good value for the money as room is big enough and breakfast also included. |

Nothing especial, but very fair, I like it. It was my third visit at this hotel. I'm a smoker. There is no smoking place (a room or a small cafe), standing before the front or back door of the hotel, looks weird, especially for a woman. |

Close to city centre by taking metro/tram. Convenient shop around. Staff attitude not good. They nearly charge me twice for the hotel and not apologized. Their internet service is poor. |

Excellent location (near train station and bus stops), excellent breakfast (even though it wasn't included, paying apart was really worth it), excellent rooms, very friendly staff, good restaurant. The internet was slow and expensive, so I went to the shop next door to use it. |

My stay at the hotel was excelent. Altho i stayed for only 1 night ... i had a nice, clean room .. the hotel looked very nice ... and it was peacefull. I really recomend it. |

Confortable bed Far from the city centre, unfriendly staff at the reception desk, shower fixed too low, noisy - slamming doors, extremely expensive breakfast - though many alternatives nearby e.g. huge breakfast for maximum 7.5 euro. |

The service staff was very professional in general and, for the most part, very attentive to our needs (my girlfriend was ill for one of our days there and they provided us with hot water and cups for tea). The lobby, restaurant and bar area were very comfortable and classy. The € 14,oo breakfast buffet was overpriced, not anything out of the ordinary and not fresh (luke warm coffee, for example). We did ask for an extra comforter for our first evening but we were unable to get one because the service staff had gone home for the evening. Also, during our three days there, we only were given one shampoo sample bottle and one small bar of soap. |

The hotel was situated in an easily accessed area.(via subway & tram). The ambiance was nice and the room was acceptable. Although the staff at the reception and the lounge area was very helpful and polite, the same does not apply for the cleaning ladies. They barged into our room without knocking, even though we were still inside. Not to mention the fact that I had to supply the bathroom with the complementary products (shampoo etc..) by asking them from the concierge. The cleaning ladies did not bother to do that. |
