God Location for city sight seeing. Tram stop 50 meters away. Metro (U-Bahn) 200 meters away. Park & Ride station one Metro stop away (3 EURO per 24 hours). Cheap breakfast places nearby.

Breakfast too expansive. Should offer simple continental style for less money as option.

The hotel is in a quiet neighbour hood, however, it is removed from the central core, but it's only a short walk to the underground (tram stop is in front of hotel). It's about a 35 Euro taxi-ride to the airport.

The tv in our room dodn't work, and it was fixed only in three day, although we asked three times)

Hotel Bellevue is reasonably priced. It's got a relatively nice location - there's a billa right in front that opens really early and also a McDonalds that we never saw closed (not sure if it was 24/7). Also there's a police station close by, so overall it seemed like a nice neighborhood. Tram d stops just outside - it takes you to Ringstrasse in about 4-5 stops or if you continue riding it - it can get you straight to the doors of the Opera. Pretty convenient. We even got a free upgrade from a double room to a triple room as soon as we asked for extra bedding (a blanket and a pillow) for our 4-year old. The triple room is so much roomier than the double room, it makes all the difference in the experience not counting the convenience of the child having a bed of its own. Other than that, the bath and furniture was the same in both types of rooms. Overall we enjoyed our stay there. It was really clean and the staff was friendly.

It surely is rated 4 stars but I've seen prettier 3 star hotels. There was nothing wrong with it, it's only you could see the wear and tear on most furniture and the lifts. It was still pleasant, no big deal. The street in front of the hotel can be a little loud so sleeping with the window open is not that comfy. We had a room looking at the side street beside the hotel and we could still hear clearly most of the cars passing by. Wi-Fi is free only in the lobby and you have to get new login from the reception for every 30 minutes of use. Not to mention how slow it was. You'd be better off getting a coffee at McDonalds just across the street and using theirs for free - it was much better.

although the rooms were clean , looking more into details it was not so clean. very dusty under the beds. black mold in the bathroom, dust on the mirror, obvious stains on the carpet, couch.

Very nice old furniture, clean and spacious rooms.

The acoustic insulation to the hallway is insufficient (doors should be doubled).

Excellent value for money, rooms are very spacious, clean and well outfitted. The location is great, 5 minutes walk from the U4 line and trams directly out the front.
