Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The lift was fun.

Too far from city centre.Poorly designed shower.water all over the

The flexibility of the staff to give us a room even though the reservation through booking.com did not work. They gave us a even cheaper rate, too.

I don't know whose fault it was, but the reservation did not work. The positive side of that was, that we got a room even though.

The price through booking.com was quite attractive for a 4* hotel in the region. The hotel is located near a subway station, four stops away from the actual center of day (and night) life of the touristic part of the city. The room was actually quite big (7x5m2) with sofa and chairs.

Confy hotel

Far away from the town center. We didn't get the double bedroom we
booked for and ended up in a twin bedroom. Disapointing!

Supermarket is close to the hotel and easy access to city centre by tram. Internet access free.

Where shall we start?!! It advertises as a 4 star hotel, but really that is very deceptive! Staff are rude and unhelpfull, the rooms are in a poor and shabby state, it is noisy. No double bedroom in the entire hotel! Worst 4 star hotel ever visited!!
