The location was only a 10 minute walk from the centre of Salzburg The amount of noise which came from the road was almost unbearable and that was from the fifth floor. |

Walking distance to the train station. Room 201 has a single mattress for double bed, while some rooms don't. Ask for this room if you prefer a single mattress. In-room Internet access works for Windows, but not Linux. |

The staff was very helpful and very kind. The hotel is well located too. The services offered like internet in the rooms is a big plus point! It would be nice to have room service :) |

Rooms facing the street are so noisy, even with closed windows and earplugs you can still hear the traffic on the busy street below. |

Very clean, close enough to Old Town for a nice walk, The beds were comfortable and the bath was fairly roomy. Rooms overlook a restaurant in the courtyard, which can be noisy at times. Breakfast seemed pricey at 10e per person and there are not a lot of breakfast places nearby. |

It was much further away from where you described it as being. It was a 22 minute walk from the sacher hotel bridge not ten minutes walk to mozarts birth house. It is no where near mozarts birth house. |

When you stay longer than one night you get nicer rooms in the back of the hotel. The key card system is antiquated and I was locked out at night and had to call and have the taxi service let me in. Solution, have extra key cards made. |

Location within walking distance of train station. Convenient to bus lines into town. It would have been nicer if breakfast was included in the price. Our room on the street had a lot of street noise as window had to be kept open (no air conditioning). |

room was dirty ....wall in bath room was full of green mould, shower handle was broken,no air condition and size of room was far too small that you can hardly move around |

Close to city center, good price value if you just need a practical and clean place to sleep and shower. Due to busy street with restaurants and bars it is a bit noisy. The room had a stand alone fan instead of air conditioning which is not practical during a hot summer night. |

The hotel is well situated just 15 minutes walk from the center, everything is new and clean, the room was nice. It's in a loud street, with the windows closed it's ok but if you need to sleep with them opened it can be a problem. |
