близко расположен к ж/д вокзалу, удобно добираться в исторический центр города - 10/15 минут отель совершенно не тянет на 4 звезды!! очень маленький, тесный, коридоры узкие и темные, повсюду пахнет едой (за стеной расположена пиццерия). какой-то невероятный лифт! совершенно никакой звукоизоляции, слышно абсолютно всё и всех! а если окна выходят на проезжую часть, то о сне можете забыть! отопление в комнатах не регулируется, а ночью вообще отключается. номера тесные и плохо освещенные. парковка на 7 мест, к тому же не охраняемая, на заднем дворе, зато платная! интернет тоже платный - 2евро 10 мин! |

отель абсолютно не соответствует 4*!!! во всём отеле запах пиццы, которую готовят в соседнем здании. рецепция работает с 6 до 11, т.е., когда необходимо выехать раньше из отеля, то ты должен не забыть вечером расчитаться. персонал неприветлив абсолютно. |

The staff were friendly. It was easy to get to from the airport. There is no 24 hour reception, after 11 pm they close the reception. No coffee maker on the rooms, there is only lan Internet, there is no wireless Internet. And with the Internet you have a limited amount of data. So once your number is up you need to pick up a new code at reception. But after 11 pm the reception closes so you can't get a new login for the internet. It's not a 4 star. It may be a 3. |

Nice bathroom. Tiny elevator, bed bugs in the bed linen, a long distance to the centre of the city, a rather unimpressive "4 star" hotel". I would classify it as about 2 stars. |

Not 4 stars hotel but it is very good value for money. Clean and big room. We stayed for 2 nights. The location is not that bad, about 15 minutes walk from the Train station. |

The staff was really friendly and did their best to help. the exterior view is not that of a 4 star hotel. The lobby was a little too narrow. we waited the elevator for about 10 minutes becuase the cleaning staff was carrying their carts. |

Friendly staff, nice breakfast and breakfast room, clean room. Noise in the room (the hotel is on a very busy road), the comfort is by far not the one I'd expect in a 4-star hotel. |

Clean, modern rooms. Hotel Staff very helpful and friendly, good local recommendations too. Great value for money. The hotel reception was closed at night, in case of an emergency or enquiry the local taxi co. was provided as an helpful contact. |

The Hotel is within 5-10 min walking distance to main train station. It's about a 20-25 min walk to the main town area to view river, sights, castle, shops etc. Staff were friendly, rooms and bathroom were large. Fan was provided in the room. Internet access in rooms if you have a laptop. Italian restaurant right next door if you want a quick easy meal. It's located on a busy road so ask for a room at the back of the hotel. The restaurant downstairs out the back gets a little noisy around dinner time but didn't seem to last late so we thought it was better to be at the back of the hotel than the front. |

I liked the location, it is easy to be reached. Tha staff was friendly, the breakfast was very good, however it should be included in the price of the room. There is no free parking space for cars, breakfast is not included in the price. In the room was hot, for 4 stars hotel you should provide air condition (clima). |

Hotel is about 10 minutes by walk away from the railway station. The bedroom and bathroom are very big, much beyond my expectation. Compared with other hotels at the same price level in other cities, it is kind of luxurious. Although it is a little bit far away from the city center, it is still value for money. |

The young lady at the reception was exceptionally kind! The balkony within the restaurant on the fifth floor has only one sun umbrella, making it impossible for us to have a breakfast on a warm August mornings. Pitty, since the view from there is really nice. |

Free wifi (although it did not allow email access) was useful for google maps etc. Location is close to the train/bus station. Location is not so close to the main part of town ( a good 15 min walk). My room faced onto the courtyard where a restaurant/bar is open until quite late so it was rather noisy. |

it was a clean, rather nice hotel, located near (enough) to the city center and near the train station. The room was clean and more than adequate for travel needs if on a budget. A little noisy from outside noise, but not enough to be worried about. |

The staff were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Also you could buy Salzburg cards and book shows directly from the hotel. The breakfast was very nice, but a litle overpriced for the selection of food. |
