Breakfast hours very good 6:30-10:30. Clean toilet/room. Lift access. Internet connection did not work in room - needed to take laptop to bar/restaurant to use internet. Sink drain blocked. Part of room furniture broken. No kettle - needed to request hot water. Staff had poor understanding of English. During first few days there was only one staff member looking after hotel and bar which made it very awkward requesting anything. Manager kept dog in restaurant/bar ar |

A quiet zone, free parking (safety), amability. Poor breakfast. A little far away from center, but with good connections by bus (in the front of the hotel) and after that by underground (6-9 stations). |

Er was een hele gemoedelijke en gastvrije sfeer. Het personeel was behulpzaam en nam de tijd voor je. Je had geen hinder van de andere gasten. Ook de lokatie was mooi. Ze hebben een mooi terras en aan de andere kant van de straat is al het prachtige Shonbrunn park. Er zijn prima verbindingen met het openbaar vervoer. Kortom....het hotel is zeer aan te bevelen. |
