Best located. Shopping and resturants area nearby.

Orientation of bath area and WC was highly inconvenient.

Location is very good (regarding my needs).

The reception is too smal.

I like the location,a big room with good pozition.

The hotel is so old without renovation,the toilet was with a very bed smell.The furniture is so old but confort.

The holtel is excelent located very close to the center of the city(only 4 stops by metro to the opera house)and for the money we paid,we think it was worthy.

-Very good location 5 minutes from the metro Keplerplatz. Around the metro station there is a supermarket and McDonald's that is 24/7 open! The area is kind of gheto but still ok and safe. -For the price it is a good option. Nothing special. The bed was good. I would go there again!

-The rooms are semi-renovated. -The common rooms of the hotel are sooo old and stinky. But inside the room everything is fine. It is a good option when you are not interested n luxury, but a bad one if you want to spend a lot of time at the hotel.

Just near the u1 station Keplerplaz and strassebahn o (station Columbusplaz). The room was pretty big. The staff was excellent. A good deal for the price.

The breakfast was disappointing and not worth 3 euros. The bathroom could have been bigger. When I asked the hotel for the directions, they gave me a website to refer, they could have atleast told me the nearest stops for u bahn and strassebahn.

in budget is good

expecting bit more quality like provind phone fecility to connect receiption.

Only near the metro,but other?? Nothing!!! Better walk a little farther and find a nice one

The hotel is good, and the location is a little bit far from the center (20 min walking to the center but also there is a metro station just 5 min from the hotel, so you can choice either to go by foot or by the metro). The staff cleans your room every day and also they change the towels even every day. There are some supermarkets near the hotel and also some shops, cafes, restaurants etc. The central heating is working very good, very warm in the room. Hope I gave usefull info,so enjoy Vienna :))

1. The location was good, but initally we had issue to reach the hotel. We walked from hauptbahnhof railway station to the hotel. But later got to know that we can take a metro from sudtiroler platz to keplerplatz and then walk to the hotel. 2. We got a very big room for 5 people, even though we had booked for a double bedroom. Room was very spacious. 3. Room was clean and bathroom was also good. We didn't get breakfast, so no comments on it.

1. Internet facility is there only in the reception area and not in the room. And the reception area is closed from 10pm-7am. 2. Our hotel room was in 5th floor and there were too many doors to reach our room.

The fact that my MasterCard was charged to the tune of Euro 29 a day before my arrival when in fact, I was advised at booking on-line that that will not happen. That was the first time my card will be pre- charged before my arrival at a hotel When I inquired,i was told the amount will be held untill 1 month after before it will be returned to my card. That is ridiculous.

Hotel close to the Keplerplatz metro station.

Lack of Internet in the room. Rather poor equipped rooms.

The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the u1 Keplerplatz underground, which is situated on the Favoritenstrasse shopping district. It is very convenient with 4 different supermarkets and also a market within walking distance. We had a room for 3 and it is very spacious. The room is quiet with the windows closed.

The dressing mirror is placed too high and it is not bright enough too.

The service was good and the prices were suitable. The rooms are comfortable and good equipped.

The breakfast needs improvement and the room needs a small refrigerator.

We paid 29 Euro per night. Hotel is located within a walking distance (5-10 min) from a subway station. Spacious room.

Hotel stuff was very kind and friendly. Location of the hotel is just next to the metro-station (U-bahn 1) and there are a lot of shops around the hotel. Rooms are comfortable, warm during winter and clean and the hotel is valuable for the price.

For that price we don't have any complains.

Good location - tram and bus stops next to the hotel, 5 minutes to U-Bahn station "Keplerplatz" (direct line to Stephansplatz). Friendly staff on reception. Very attractive price.

Building needs repairs and cleaning. No hairdryer or fridge in the room. Noise from the street and staircase. But I wasn't surprised. You can not expect more for this value of money. The hotel is cheap and is ok for several days trip.

Location is good, close to U bahn

Breakfast is for 3 euros. But we tried and preferred eating outside. Room is very simply furnished and shower is in very bad condition.

The only advantage of this hotel is its location - just 3 stops from Karlsplatz.

The staff is not very polite and welcome. They couldn't explain properly how to get their hotel, although it was not very difficult and hard. They withdrew the money from the card upon arrival after the oral confirmation only. They didn't make any additional transactions, neither they asked my signature. The room resembled students' dormitory - we couldn't feel comfortable once we came in. Although we clearly indicated our preference of non-smoking room, they offered us a smoking room with a very unpleasant smell. It was unpleasant to be there and the only wish was to leave as soon as possible. It appeared to be a very negative experience, unfortunately.

Location, near commercial zone and underground station. Room space, it's quite large, high speed wi fi access
