Good room. Staff very helpful (changed our room twice until they found a room that was just right for us) also helped in giving us directions to places to visit etc. Restaurant very limited and on our second night was completely closed so we had no choice but to drive into another town to get food - fortunately we had a car. Also when we arrived the reception area was a building site as they had major refurbishment work going on (it looked like it was going to be beautiful when finished) but we had no warning that this was happening when booked it was a shock |

Wellnessbereich, Frühstücksbuffet, Lage Mein Zimmer hatte den Ausblick in einen dunklen, kleinen Innenhof (Leitungen etc.). Es gibt aber auch viele andere, bessere Zimmer und ein Übersiedlung wurde nach Verfügbarkeit auch angeboten. |

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und gutes Essen. Schöner Wellnessbereich Parkplatzproblem, wenn man zuspät in der Nacht retour kommt - ansonsten alles bestens |

Das Hotel besteht aus mehreren, ursprünglich nicht zusammengehörenden Gebäuden. Diese sind durch viele unübersichtliche Gänge und Treppen miteinander verbunden. Wegweiser zu den verschiedenen Gebäuden und Zimmern fehlen fast völlig. - Das Haus verfügt über sowohl Hallenbad als auch Freibad, aber es gibt keinen Hinweis darauf, wie man zum Bad hinkommt und ob es überhaupt für Gäste frei benutzbar is |

chambre et salle de bain très agréable - réceptionniste très aimable - hôtel à recommander pour des groupes sauna non disponible après 21h ( arrivée ) - nous avons pris notre repas du soir dans la partie la plus désagréable ( enfilade de pièces servant de liaison entre deux parties du complexe - garçon peu aimable |

Fräsch hotell med perfekt läge i en mysig by nära Innsbruck Just när vi var där pågick en renovering som gjorde entrén till en dammig byggarbetsplats men när renoveringen är färdig blir detta ett kanonhotell. Vi bodde där under fotbollsEM när priserna var skyhöga. Någon vecka efter EM kostar det en tredjedel av priset vilket skulle ge "utmärkt" på raden "Värde för pengarna" |

Mkt trevligt hotell med fina rum och mkt bra pool- och bastudel. Bra frukost också. Personalen mkt tillmötesgående för att lösa praktiska saker i samband med hemresedagen. Att det höll på att byggas om helt och hållet i receptionen. Mycket rörigt och trist, även om det säkert blir mkt bra när det är klart |

部屋や広く清潔。利用しなかったが、プール、ジャグジー、サウナがあり、ゆっくり滞在には良いかも。建物前面の改装中のためか不明だが、部屋へいくルートは複雑で分かりにくかった。 |
