upgraded to beautiful suite at no extra cost - amazing value for Europe. Rooms very clean, staff very helpful especially at reception - great location

Beds very firm. almost hard -good if you like this but if you want to sink into a bed this might not be your hotel - linen beautiful - size of rooms fantastic - chandeliers everywhere!

This is a very cozy hotel with great services. Facilities are adequate and the location is unbeatable. What's more important is that even their single rooms are nice and well decorated.

The price is on the high side.

Extremely pleasant and comfortable hotel; very centrally placed yet peaceful, staff helpful and we had everything we needed. Did not dine in the hotel but breakfasts were good. Bedroom was cleaned / maintained to an exemplary degree.

There was nothing I did not like about this hotel.
