立地は最高でした。ファミリールームはベッドルーム２つで広い。テーブルや棚が至る所にあり便利。ベッドは- 柔らかいがとても熟睡出来た。 ホテルの階段や部屋の床がものすごくきしんで怖い。床が斜めってた。シャワーの出が悪い。熱すぎるか冷たす- ぎるかで髪を洗うのは辛かった。全身の鏡がなくて不便。部屋の掃除は雑。ハエが何匹も叩かれて壁に付いたま- まになってた。 |

旧市街への観光が徒歩圏内で非常に動きやすい。また、ホテルの設備も上等でした。9月の後半だったので料金- も非常にリーズナブルで、お得さが増しました。 |

ﾎﾃﾙの部屋（ｽｰﾍﾟﾘｱｸﾗｽ）はまさに求めていたﾖｰﾛﾋﾟｱﾝﾎﾃﾙのもので、かつ快適（古過ぎて- 使いにくいというようなことが全くなかった）。それぞれの部屋の調度が異なるようなので受ける印象は皆様違- うかもしれませんが、少なくとも今回の部屋は非常に良かった。ｽﾀｯﾌは、どのｽﾀｯﾌも宿泊客の立場にた- って考える非常に親切な人々という印象を受けた。部屋数のためか全体人数はやや少ないようにも感じたが一人- 一人が意欲をもってきちんと対応している印象。値段も割引価格でしたのでﾘｰｽﾞﾅﾌﾞﾙでした。 あえて挙げると、受付の当直間で当方への伝言の受け渡しがうまくいかなかったのが１点あったので、ｽﾀｯﾌ- 評価のところを少し減点としました。 |

廊下や客室の床がきしむのがちょっと気になるかもしれませんが、「歴史を感じる」と思えれば、問題ありませ- ん。立地はとても良いです。ジュニアスイートのバスルームはのんびり・ゆっくり過ごせます。 |

予約していないのに、エキストラベッドを準備してくれ、非常に助かった 駐車場に車を駐車するのではなく、ホテル前のパーキングに路上駐車された。防犯上問題があると思った。 |

The location of this hotel is excellent. Almost right next to the Mirabell Gardens and a very short walk to the river. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms are nice and very large, but just be aware that this is an older hotel, and the rooms are not very modern. Perhaps a good hotel if you want a flashback to the glitz of olden day Europe. |

It was very well situated with Mozart's house across the road and a lovely small park between that and the hotel. The staff were very accommodating and happy to assist in any way,. |

Small intimate hotel with good decor and well maintained in a central location. Bedoom very comfortable. Smoking still allowed in public areas - as was the case throughout Salzburg. The "look & feel" of both restaurants not quite as nice & inviting as expected. |

This hotel was splendid! Georgeous, elegant, chandelier laden. Our room was very large, beautifully furnished, and had a separate entrance hall. The only sounds were the bells of Salzburg. The staff gave us their personal attention in general, and also spent an enormous amount of time and ingenuity sorting out a problem we had with our later travel arrangements. This hotel is better than 5 star hotels I have stayed in elsewhere in the world, including in London. Its location is outstanding - across the road one is in old Salzburg. |

The Bristol is an elegant hotel that has aged gracefully. Our room was well sized and tastefully decorated, an exceptional bathroom, a first class breakfast, great view, character elevators, considerate staff and a perfect location. Of all the hotels we stayed in during our recent vacation, and there were some excellent ones, we ranked Bristol the best. Salzburg is a beautiful city to visit and a stay at the Bristol will make it memorable. |
