O hotel é maravilhoso. Serviços, comodidades, atendimento, café da manhã, decoração, localização, vista e tamanho dos quartos, banheiros, garagem. Não tenho pontos negativos para este hotel. Recomendo. |

Hotel Bristol was charming. We were warmly greeted and shown to our room. The room was perfect..lots of old warld charm and also modern amenities. A city tour was arranged for us at very short notice and the bar staff expedited a quick lunch for us so we could do the tour. In fact we were so impressed that first afternoon we arranged to extend our stay an extra day. |

Spacious room and bath …. Victorian style. Professional supportive staff almost everything. Our double bed was basically two single beds in a single double frame which is not comfortable and not matching normal 5 start hotel. This type of arrangement is more common in 3-4 star hotels. also Pillows are flat. |

The rooms were great and the beds were so comfortable. The breakfast its wonderful. The internet system is terrible ! Not compatible with the hotel. |

Lovely, well situated, understated elegance with a delicious breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful at reception and in the restaurant. The rooms lacked for nothing. |

This was the finest hotel we've stayed at in 30 years of traveling. The staff were exceptional and the atmosphere warm, welcoming and nothing is too good for their guests. Five stars plus. |

Quiet, old world hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms. I have stayed there several times. I think a five star hotel should have a gym nowadays - even if only a small one |
