All children under 9 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged 30 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Peaceful location within 15 minutes of town centre with friendly staff and good facilities. Do not stay at the Caruso if you need the internet. The exhorbitant charge is a disgrace. |

Nice and quiet. Very nice surrounding park. Private parking. Water in the swimming pool could be a little warmer. Wifi internet access should be free as in normal hotels. |

Handle missing from window, therefore couldn't open! Very hot weather. W.C separate from bathroom, no wash hand basin! Step out of bath very high, consequently slipped and badly bruised. Glass shower screen dislodged. Waited ages to be served in virtually empty restaurant. Our exit from car park in the grounds of hotel was blocked by coaches. Had to drive over lawn to exit, in order to get to airport on time. |

The hotel is good. Quite and green area around, nice pool, excellent breakfast and restaurant. We got small room with very small window on the top, where we could hardly breathe and could not sleep properly at the night. The room is not for 4 stars hotel . When we selected hotel on the side was shown large room with 2 big windows. We asked staff to change the room , they promised that it would be done. We was waiting till 8 P.M. after got an answer that they could not do it . At least we were allowed to stay a few hours more in hotel . But it was realy disappointed point . I Never have seen so expensive internet!! |

Breakfast was excellent, staff was polite and helpy, architecture and surroundings are very nice. Rooms need redecorations, new TVs, internet, and the most, the hallways look like a student camp, not a 4* hotel. |

Silent place, nice environment, good for relax and spa, clean and confortable. Breakfast excellent, and a nice outside "terase" for the breakfast. Not all staff speak english, but finally we could manage |

Non ho potuto apprezzare la piscina in quanto chiusa per manutenzione , ho apprezzato la varietà dei programmi televisivi e la qualità del buffet della colazione. Anche il ristorante è ottimo , forse un po' troppo raffinato. |

A szálloda elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, gyönyörű környezetben található. A szálloda medencéjének hőmérséklete valamint tisztasága kíváló. A reggeliztető személyzet munkája kifogástalan volt. A szobákban lévő mellékhelyiségek és azok szellőzői kicsit elavultnak tűntek a számomra, ill. nagy melegben zavaró lehet a légkondicionálók hiánya. |

A fogadtatás, az elhelyezés vendégszerető. A konyha kíváló, a személyzet rendkívűl udvarias és készséges. Az úszómedence nagyon kellemes, de egy picit lehetett volna melegebb a víze. A szoba minden igényt kielégített, tiszta, hangulatos és stílusos. Nem volt kellemetlen élményünk a szállodával kapcsolatban. Sajnos a recepción felejtettünk egy szép és értékes pipát, amit remélem utánvéttel elküldenek postán. |
