close to downtown the hotel room we were put in was not a qualified five-star hotel room at all. we are cheated. the hotel was marked five star hotel, but the room we were offered was only a three-star. not good at all. |

Everything! I especially loved that the mini bar was included in the price -this was very convenient for a family stay! We left a camera battery charger plugged in, but it was apparently not found by the cleaning staff - we could not replace it anywhere after our stay and had to purchase a new camera. |

Beautiful hotel in the quite city center 5 min.walking to all the city attractions, thus not in the very crowded place -- the location is perfect. We have got an upgrade to the two-floors duplex -- nice! Service is very good! Bar is open late and staff is very helpful and friendly. |

They were minor renovations going on but did not affect my stay. The staff were extremely polite and helpful with travel plans and directions. Even though the furniture seems a little dated, it's well-maintained and clean. Great hotel, spacious, wonderful location. I could hear sounds of people running and talking in the morning. However, this could be helped by closing the separated door in the bedroom for light sleepers. |

Very close to Vienna music festival and within walking distance to key attractions. Have not eaten in the hotel so no comment on the food. Breakfast at 25 euros seems a bit over priced. There are many snack places near the hotel for less then a fifth of the cost of breakfast. |

the location and the rooms yes, they didnot provide iron on request which is essential, they only have ironing service and its on charge |
