I like everything location breakfast clean staff everything was great
Nothing Except the internet would be better if we didn't use the paper every time
Smiley greeting at breakfast and a chef on hand for fresh omelettes. Oh, and a porter, which is nice these days.
Location Comfy Beds Amazing views
Service, helpful and friendly personnel
Rooms smell, electric devices from the early 90s, breakfast too expensive for what is offered, nostalgic charme seems to be mistaken with the urgent need of substantial renovation
Friendly staff and a great room!
Breakfast was always a little chaotic.by the time I came back with my breakfast, someone had taken my table. GRRRRRRR!
-Breakfast -Location -Nice room
-Wifi needs to log in every time -2 single beds instead of a large one
Everything was very nice. The staff very friendly and helpful, the room lovely and comfortable, the breakfasts excellent. We could not fault it in any way.
Good location, close to main amusements and central shopping streets. Friendly staff, good breakfast, airport transfer available.
Location above all (10 min by foot from Kartnerstrasse), very consistent and tasteful breakfast, surprise present cake în my room on my birthday
Not spacious breakfast room (people in line Sunday morning), room updates needed , each day another wi fi password, attempt of giving us an inferior ranked room than the booked one, mini bar not replaced 3 days în a row
Good staff ,good location
Wifi was not Woking in top rooms In general wifi is not very good.it is good
Great location, very helpful staff and everything you could imagine available at breakfast
Nothing to say, really....
Great service with attention to details. I found a birthday cake in my room when I returned on my birthday. staff were friendly. It was located across the tram and train station so very cojvenient for sight seeing. Though not really a five star hotel, very comfortable stay and great value for money.
The room was quite small, different from the picture of the room I booked, though the bathroom was relatively big with a bath tub. The free wifi ID and passcode needs to be updated each day and need one per gadget. The breakfast had more variety than typical breakfast buffet of this class, especially three different kinds of fish incl. smoked salmon. I read breakfast with Champagne somewhere but it was not Champagne but sparkling wine probably from local.
Nice location, spacious room, comfortable bed, kind and helpfull stuff, hearty breakfast.
The room was a bit cold some times of the day (however there was a freezing cold and lot of snow during my staying in Vienna).
I can't fault this hotel. It is located next to a useful transport hub. You can walk to many of the places of interest. The room was large and comfortable with a sparkling en suite. Breakfast was extensive and well presented and the scrambled eggs are the best I have tasted anywhere. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and approachable. Always with a smile and interest in your day. A special mention for Sirry who was just lovely.
The location was very convenient. So easy to use the public transportation! Breakfast was nice and the cleaning staff was so kind! If I ever visit Wien again, I'll choose here again.
Great location and really friendly staff. Great breakfast.
Double bed was two singles pushed together - is that a continental thing? dunno. Hardly a show stopper however...
The courtesy of the bellboy Mr. Mohammed who assisted us very selflessly with city dining options, maps, directions etc...
Booking.com should change the rating of this property to 3 star, it isn't close to being a 5 star by any standards! Poor heating, cheap furniture, name sake suite... and a CRT TV! For a moment I thought I travelled back in time to the 90s!
The rooms are spacious (second floor, street view, with a gallery) Two lavatories. Breakfast is rich and varied.
No Tap with wash in the lavatories
Excellent location, helpful staff, very good breakfasts and a pleasant spacious building. It was good to have a bath and not just a shower.
My room had a terrible smell of old sweaty carpet or clothes. This meant I had to open the window and keep it open all night even though the temperature was -6 degrees. Having the window open also meant that the traffic outside kept me awake at might, so the smell of the room was a real problem. Otherwise all was good!
Stayed here earlier in the week, this time for the same price we got a suite. That was a nice plus.
Charge for the internet center. One of our travelers didn't have a computer and wanted to check email, was told it would be .35 per minute. I know most people have devices now, but this seems excessive.
Perfect location: very close to the city center but quiet Very nice and big room Great breakfast
Not really a five stars hotel (maybe four), but the price was appropriate. No complaints
Great location. Friendly staff. The old furniture gives it a nice, classy look.
The large bed was actually made of two single beds. Not very comfortable. Bathtub quite dirty. Although the rest of the room was very clean.
Very close to public transportation and sights .
Room was very warm. Only solution was to sleep with open window
