Helpful reception staff, went out of their way to solve a minor problem, they might have brushed off as not being their responsibility. |

The location was great. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and responsive. We loved the spacious room. We would go back and stay longer next time. Minor flaws -- bathroom scales were broken (One of the corner pads was missing and therefore the machine was unbalanced.); Robe was missing belt loops; TV Remote did not work very well; Missing coffee supplies but maybe the intention was to supply only supplies for making tea.) |

The staff were very pleasant and most helpful. Our room was spacious though it was the third one we inspected--the first was very noisy and the second very small. The staff were most accomodating in this matter. The food in the dining room was not very good and we chose to eat elsewhere. We did not think it was appropriate that a conference should take up the lounge facilities. |

Hotel location is near to the city center. Room need to have Iron & Iron board. A/C was switched off from all the hotel in which I felt hot in the 1st night. it was niosey to open the window as room is near to main street. |

Great location, right on the Ring and just steps to the tram and underground. Easy walk to many tourist and cultural locations. Large, light, high ceiling rooms, nicely furnished. Friendly staff. Use of mini-bar was free with room cost - great idea! It was restocked with several beers, and other drinks every day. A bit older and musty-smelling in the hallways. Breakfast was too expensive to eat there, so went to nearby cafes instead. Although there is internet in the room for free, the wireless is only accessible in the lobby. |

free minibar fitness centre was very small room with only few running and spinning machines. 25 euros for breakfast per person is far too high price. Very slow internet connection. Constant noise from elevator and conditioning system in the room!! All windows were looking into tiny inner yard with no views outside. Pretty expensive parking for 24 eur/day. |

The staff is amazingly friendly and accommodating. They respond quickly and cheerfully to all requests, and always greet you with a friendly "Hello". I love the free drinks in the minibar but would like some Diet Coke or other lo-cal options. |

Staff were polite Claimed on booking.com to be a five * but the room was not up to the mark. Couldn't find anything at the hotel itself when we got there to corroborate the five star status. |

The location of the hotel is great, very close to city center and underground. Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The furniture is old, the heating system is not good: either cold or very hot. Also, the breakfast is too expensive. |

Central location, just a few steps away from the famous monuments of Vienna. It was a short walk to the Christmas market in front of the town hall. Friendly, helpful staff. The room was quite cold, even when we turned up the heating system in our room, it did not get much better. The breakfast is however excellent quality and choice, but was rather overpriced. |

This is by far the best hotel I have stayed anywhere in europe, rooms were of very good size, very good minibar -free of cost, excellent conceirge service particularly sardul singh, to me this is a very very good hotel and nicely priced tpp Breakfast at 25 euros is too expensive-should not be more than 15 euros as due to central location very many cafes are nearby |
