Tyylikäs hotelli ulkoapäin hyvällä paikalla. Huoneet kaipaisivat täydellisen remontin, ei todellakaan 5-tähden hotelli enää. Myös tv kanavia yllättävän vähän. Ei omaa parkkihallia. |

Hyvä sijainti,toimivat palvelut ja tasokas aamupala (korkeahinta aamupalalle? 25,00€ /henkilö) Huoneemme oli kaksikerroksinen ja yläkerran makuuhuoneeseen (kattokerros) kuului häiritsevästi hissikoneiston ääni. Onneksi hissin käyttö hiljeni puolen yön aikaan, mutta käynistyi uudelleen jo aamulla kuuden aikoihin. |

Sijainti. Ylellisyys. Erityisesti huone yllätti; kaksikerroksinen, kaksi parveketta, iso sänky, minibaarin vapaa käyttö. Tupakointi yleisissä tiloissa, niissä ei voinut oleskella savun takia. |

Siisti, rauhallinen hotellihuone ja hotellin tilat. Henkilökunta kohtelias. Kylpyhuoneen suihkun suojaseinä oli liian lyhyt, joten vesi suihkusi lattialle lammikoksi. Erillisessä wc:ssä olisin kaivannut käsienpesulavuaaria. |

very comfortable and semi luxury . close to city center very friendly personnel that I have lost my credit cards in the taxi, after I came back to hotel ı told the reception about that and the credit card came back to me in 10 minutes by calling the taxi office. çok rahat şehir merkezine çok yakın abartılı lüks değil ama standardı yeterli ve hoş. sakin bir hotel personel çok yardımcı kredi kartlarımı kaybettim 10 dakika sonra bindiğim taksi personele kartlarımı teslim etti |

We had a beautiful room and bathroom. The hotel was centrally located by the Schottentor. The staff were most helpful and gracious. The restaurants were great and the food delicious. The buffet breakfast (price not included) was the best ever, but rather expensive. Also I tried to use the email there and found it more of a nuisance than it was worth; they charged too much per minute and they insisted on me signing into MSN (which I was not familiar with). However, we could have connected our laptops in the room ...if we had had a laptop with us! But there are internet cafes available in the city. |

The breakfast, very rich in products and also high quality products. The limo services from downstairs for airport, an ease way for the transfer Finally when I have to pay the room they tried to take 765 e for this room with breakfast included. Normally it was 660 e like in your site. |

The bathroom was ok. Poor services, mini-bar was supposed to be refilled once a day for free but they did it only after several requests. The room was very small and furniture looked like 3 star at best. The cleaning lady entered our room (without knocking) by force because we forgot to put the tab on the door. Definately the worst 5 star hotel ever stayed, It rather looks like a 3 star. |

Some of the staff was very nice and friendly, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast buffet was good, thought it could use a little improvement, nuts, more variety in pasties Yes, no plug near a mirror to plug a curling iron in only the standard hair dryer. Asked for hand mirror, no luck, asked for extension cord so could plug in by mirror no luck. None of the converters they gave us worked for usa in the room. The internet price was outrageous. I would not consider this hotel a 5 star as the prices and rating indicate, though much is nice abot it, it is not a 5 star. |

The location and the desk staff were very helpful Yes. The price for the inter connection is absolutely outrageous. Most hotel of a similar quality either offer it at no charge or charge a reasonable daily rate e,g. 10-12 euro. |

Excellent location. Many attractions within walking distance and transport links within a few yards. The very close underground station had good food stores to buy breakfast as we could not afford the 26 Euros each that the hotel charged The advertised free mini bar in the room was not a catch but not a large selection. The hotel piano bar was very pleasant but expensive. A small beer and a (I think 20cl) glass of wine came to 18.50 Euros.before a tip |
