Hoteldorf Grüner Baum

We had a beautiful room with veranda. Decor was very attractive and furnishings very comfortable. The food served in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast were top quality. We enjoyed our breakfast outside, with a wonderful mountain view. This was very nice. We would stay here again if we make another trip to Austria, and stay 3 or 4 nights so we can enjoy hiking or spa. We didn't have time to take advantage of the spa facilities unfortunately. This is a very lovely, multi-building "retreat' property.

We weren't asked if we might need help carrying our bags to our room. There was no elevator, and we would have gladly accepted such an offer in any case. We were told we would have to carry out bags up the stairs to our room, which was not convenient as one of our bags was rather heavy. Separately, the restaurant service was very slow. We went to the dining room at just about 8:00pm but were made to wait long minutes at each stage of the dinner, and so could not return to our room until almost 10:00pm which we felt was really much later than necessary. Although the service was slow, our waiter was very courteous.

Hotel building and welness building are separated - not conected - very bad.

Eine Oase im im Grünen und in den wunderschönen Österreichischen Alpen, in der Nähe und doch genug entfernt von dem eher häßlichen Ort Bad Gastein. Große Idylle!

Yksillöllinen, ystävällinen, erilainen, luonon helmassa kauniissa laaksossa sijaitseva 100vuotias perhe hotelli , jossa ymmärrettiin palvelun merkitys. Useita asioita tarjolla ...kuten yllä olen "ruksannut". Palaamme varmaan uudelleen sinne joskus.

ładny hotel o tradycyjnej architekturze w przepięknym otoczeniu, bardzo miła atmosfera. Kuchnia świetna. Dobra informacja o usługach i kompetenty personel, bardzo miła recepcja. wygodny pokój. Spa nie za wielkie, w sam raz. Basen czysty z ciepłą wodą, śmiało można jechać z małymi dziećmi

nie najlepsza wentylacja łazienki, ale nie było to zbyt uciążliwe.
