Staff was helpful & friendly with site seeing and questions. Close to town. Would highly recommend. No air. Hard to get a cross breeze with enclosed court yard. Fan would have been nice. |

It was reasonably close to the points of interest. The staff spoke English and was very helpful in every way - including recommending points of interest and the Salzburg Card (very useful!). The breakfast in the morning was pretty good. A fridge in the room would have been helpful. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Location was good. There was alot of street noise and bright lights. With no air conditioning, there was no choice but to keep the window open during July. |

The hotel was not too far from the center of town. The room was facing the street, so it was noisy until the wee hours of the morning. |

The stuff of the Hotel it was very kind and extremely hospitable and helpful, too, making the customers feel comfortable from the first time and providing them with useful informations about the sightseeings of the city or anything else they were needed. The breakfast was also very good and plentiful, the room absolutely clean and cosy. We left the hotel with the best of our impressions. |

We got friendly and excellent guidance and tips concerning the town!!!! We among other things found a wonderful restaurant in which we were the only tourists, and the food was heavenly :) Air conditioning would be nice, but perhaps too expensive an investment for a building this old? |
