The hotel's staff was very knowledgeable, and marked on a map where we needed to go for city buses, tour pick up points, where to go eat, ATMs, etc. Pay the little bit extra and get breakfast, too! It's worth it, and you can chat with the staff about what to see/do for the day. I would suggest small circulating fans in the rooms. I know air conditioning isn't feasible, but just a small fan to blow out hot air would be a great way to cool off after walking all day. |

Bathroom kept very clean! Hotel staff were helpful, quite close to the old town once you know how to go about. Bathroom towers were really old and over used though seemed quite clean. |

Excellent staff and very friendly. Excellent location, walking distance to the city center. Comfortable and very spacious room. Free parking. Good breakfast. The parking may be ameliorated. |

Our stay in Salzburg was made very enjoyable by staying at this hotel. We had a little difficulty in finding it as we arrived by train but with some helpful advice from locals soon found our way there. Breakfast was more than adequate and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Weather was great and just loved going up to the Fortress and admiring the view. |

close to at least 3 supermarkets. On my first night, the room was very old fashion and dark. The 2nd night I got upgrade which was a renovated room and spacious however it was facing the road therefore extremely noisy. |

The location is perfect, it is very close to the center and all the attractions in Salzburg. The pillow is good. The television doesn't work. One of the lamps is broken. The toilet was also broken. The breakfast is very basic. |

The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and suggested various things for us to do, all of which were excellent. Also, they kept our luggage after we checked out at 9:00 a.m. until we got back in the afternoon. No, we liked this hotel very much. |

Friendly helpful staff. Very spacious and well furnished room - we stayed in a Quad which was actually two separate spaces partly divided by a wall - one with a big bed and one with 2 singles. Noise from outside at night. It was further from the old city than we had thought. |

Although not very new, but very clean. I like the wood ceiling in the small room. Big room is huge, and with kitchen. Toilet is a little small, but very tidy, and water pressure and temp is good. Parking is across the street, not good with small children like us. |

Lovely and helpful receptionist. The breakfast offered good choices and it was plenty enough. The parking space was on the opposite side and easily approached. The room for 4 was a bit weird as one bed was solely separated from the rest. The parking lots seemed not enough during hotel busy time. |

It was very difficult to find the hotel The entrance looks at the Vogelweiderstraße not at the Rupertgasse The parking place is in opposite side of the street (in the courtyard). The reception works till 9pm, so for late entrances you should take keys with you. The Wi-Fi works in the lobby and in the dinning-room (the password is taken on the reception). |
