Summer holiday in the Stubai Valley situated in the heart of Tyrol
and recreation in the Hotel Eschenhof ***
Our hotel is surrounded by green fields full of flowers, in the middle of the countryside, but only 3 minutes on foot from the centre. From our sunny terrace, you can enjoy the wonderful views of the Alps of the Stubai Valley and relax on our hotel garden and lawn.

On our table, you find only the best quality products –utilising produce from local farms in the region and from our own organic farm "Grotterhof", where we can always guarantee a high standard of production due to our respect of the animal’s biological rhythms and the use of local fodder without supplements

Food & beverage

We only serve high-quality products, preferably from the region and from our own organic farm "Grotterhof". The products of animals bred and raised in a natural environment, on local feed without any additivies, guarantee the highest quality possible.

Our half-board includes:
- rich breakfast buffet with many natural products from the region
- 4-course dinner with dishes to choose, featuring traditional Tyrolean and international dishes
- salad buffet
- farmers' and barbecue buffets
- game specialities and tender lamb dishes from our own organic farm "Grotterhof" (according to the season).

Room information

All rooms are decorated with love to detail and feature either a shower or bathtub. They also include a south-facing balcony with view of the Stubaier Glacier.

Area information

Surrounded by gently rising meadows, the family-friendly village of Fulpmes is located in one of the sunniest places in the Stubai Valley, at about 930 metres above sea level. Guaranteed snow cover, fantastic slopes and cosy huts and ice bars will make your winter holidays an unforgettable experience.

In winter:
Skiing and snowboarding in 4 ski areas: Schlick 2000 (1 km), Stubai Glacier (20 km), Elfer (10 km) and Hochserles (5 km); also cross-country skiing, tobogganing, ski touring, snowshoe hiking, paragliding, hang-gliding, ice skating, curling, ice climbing, winter hiking.

In summer:
Hiking, mountaineering, climbing, mountain biking, swimming, tennis, horseback riding, paragliding, hang-gliding, fishing.
