All children from 0 to 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 7 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 75.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

My stay was really confortable. The tremendously big bath room was very convinent. Every day I enjoyed my bath time. The service was quite rapid and right. Every Breakfast was good. Campane also included in the drink menu of breakfast ! |

Hotel stuff was efficient, attentative and polite. Bathroom well equiped and clean. Room was clean with enough space. Restaurant and bar facilities excellent. Shower leaking into the floor, air conditioning not working and not repared during our stay. Constant noise from third floor (renovation). |

Everything was up to our expectations, the advise provided by the staff at the reception regarding restaurants was excellent. The only small problem was the A/C not functioning well, but this did not create a mayor inconvenience, since we could open the windows. |

No one informed that they are currently renovating the hotel. They should compensate for the noice. I booked this hotel with you for mr de glanville mr Wright and Mr Shelley and was embarrased! |

not much the renovations spoilt it renovations noisy, rooms are not adequate for business. firewalls need to be turned off for wifi. although they moved us to a suite the noise was still bad. renovations started at 7:30 am or earlier and did not stop until 7pm. the staff were very nice and the hotel needs the change as the rooms are very tired. I would say don't stay until the entire renovations have been completed. |

Very polite staff; excellent breakfast buffet; clean room; nice bar; quiet room (although it headed towards the street); I hope they keep the rural style of the rooms even after the planned renovation; alas I arrived pretty late and left soon so I couldn't check the recreational facilities |

The staff were excellent , very helpful and quick The sauna and fitness centre were out of action , no one told us before booking . There is construction work going on on the same side as the room we got , it started just after 7 am . |

central, asking for way back to hotel is easy because it is by the main train station. Decoration of the room is very good (wood on all walls and even ceiling). Free Internet. absolutely no noise in the room (room at the back on 5th floor) Hotel is under reconstruction, so you see some construction here and there, but not much, and not in the main areas. TV could improve, zapping from channel to channel is not too good. |

Nella camera non funzionava l'acqua del water , luce del guardaroba perennemente accesa. Nessuno è stato in grado di riparare l'inconveniente. Le camere sono diverse dal depliant tv lcd in camera un vecchio tv il personale è stato molto cortese |

Rénovation récente mais bâclée : fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain, robinetterie et aménagement de la chambre installés de manière peu professionnelle. Par ailleurs, l'architecture intérieure est peu convaincante: mélange de couleurs et de styles non réussi. |

Die Qualität der Hotelübernachtung war schlecht. Allerdings war das Restaurant ausgezeichnet. Man kann es wirklich ermpfehlen. Das erhaltene Zimmer entspricht einem 3.5* Hotel. Der Gang die Qual des Zimmers - welche Experten geben diesem Hotel 5 Sterne - eine Frechheit. Bitte aber das Restaurant und das Morgenbuffet ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel ist eine Baustelle. 17 Uhr nur Baulärm. 5* Hotel reserviert, erwartet man keinen solchen Empfang. Ueber unserem Zimmer waren die Bauarbeiter. Nach 3 maliger Intervention und Drohung des Auszugs innerhalb einer Stunde erhielten wir kleines Zimmer im 1. Stock anstelle Zweiten. Fairereweise wurde der Preis reduziert. Allerdings war das Zimmer im 2 Stock alles andere als ein Delux Zimmer. Das Bad hatte Belagschäden und es muss sicher mehr als 20 Jahre gebraucht worden sein. Zusammenfassend erwarte ich, dass ich wenn ich in einem 5 Stern Hotel buche die Qualität des Hotelzimmers genau angezeigt wird. Ich kann akzeptieren dass das Receptionspersonal die Reklamation nicht leicht akzeptieren konnte - aber die betr. Person hat dann selber |
