中央駅の目の前で分かり易く非常に便利。旧市街地にも徒歩圏内でGood。朝のバイキングも良いが、同じレストランでのDinnerも美味しい。地元の人達が多数来ていた。スタッフの対応も気持ちよい。 建物が内部をリノべ中。廊下が古いが部屋の中は清潔かつ適宜（バスなど）新しくなっており問題無し。Internetは繋がらない。 |

五つ星ﾎﾃﾙらしく、部屋や食事、スタッフの対応等素晴らしかった。 丁度玄関からロビーが階層中であった。あらかじめ予約前にこの期間は改装中との表示がほしかった。 |

No one informed that they are currently renovating the hotel. They should compensate for the noice. I booked this hotel with you for mr de glanville mr Wright and Mr Shelley and was embarrased! |

It was sufficient and the stuff was friendly The price is a little bit high in comparison with other good hotels in Innsbruck and the view is not so perfect but that is not a problem |

not much the renovations spoilt it renovations noisy, rooms are not adequate for business. firewalls need to be turned off for wifi. although they moved us to a suite the noise was still bad. renovations started at 7:30 am or earlier and did not stop until 7pm. the staff were very nice and the hotel needs the change as the rooms are very tired. I would say don't stay until the entire renovations have been completed. |

Very polite staff; excellent breakfast buffet; clean room; nice bar; quiet room (although it headed towards the street); I hope they keep the rural style of the rooms even after the planned renovation; alas I arrived pretty late and left soon so I couldn't check the recreational facilities |

The staff were excellent , very helpful and quick The sauna and fitness centre were out of action , no one told us before booking . There is construction work going on on the same side as the room we got , it started just after 7 am . |

central, asking for way back to hotel is easy because it is by the main train station. Decoration of the room is very good (wood on all walls and even ceiling). Free Internet. absolutely no noise in the room (room at the back on 5th floor) Hotel is under reconstruction, so you see some construction here and there, but not much, and not in the main areas. TV could improve, zapping from channel to channel is not too good. |

1.Grand Delicious Breakfast Buffet:) 2.very nice and impired furniture. 3. I have 2 kids and the hotel gave me a larger room it had an extra coach turn to a bed. 3. the location just opposite to the train station (bahonhof) and all buses stops there. 4. Reception Staff helps u all the time, and can show u the city map and where to go and how to reach there. 1.No intrenet in room, wireless internet in the lobby was very slow!! Not enough for me. 2. Innsbruck is a very small town, no need for a car, can be any where by buses and Taxies, We rent a car, and the Parking was with fees, and could be expensive for some people. |

i dont know if the room we had was that bad because we had a special rate, Bathroom interior was at least from the 1980's, the only chair in the room was falling apart when u tried to lift it, broken tiles on the walls, door frames eaten up by humidity, but similar damage could be seen in the hallway, the bed was too short for me (6"4'), the mattress felt like you would sleep on plain boxsprings.. |
