Was gerenoveerd hotel en zag er prima uit, service was uitstekend en tevens nog dicht bij het centrum. |

Er is een uiterst comfotabele rookgelegenheid, òòk buiten de kamer.Dat maak ik wel anders mee. Het personeel is heel vookomend en tot service bereid. in mijn kamer was een niet goed werkend toilet, wat héél vervelend is, wanneer je net bent aangekomen. E.e.a. is wel vlot en correct gecorrigeerd. |

het eten, hoewel niet in het restaurant van de foto's van de website Er was een modeshow annex disco gaande en die disco dreunde tot in je matras. Dan een vijf sterren hotel pretenderen te zijn en in eerste instantie van geen wijken weten (het duurt maar tot 01.00 uur) is erg respectloos. Uiteindelijk kregen we een tweede kamer aan de andere kant en werden we kosteloos gesteld. Dat was wel service, maar ja, ze hadden dan ook wat goed te maken! |

Very near to the central station. They need to hire new TVs bigger, and LCD. They need also to consider installing arabic channels. |

My stay was really confortable. The tremendously big bath room was very convinent. Every day I enjoyed my bath time. The service was quite rapid and right. Every Breakfast was good. Campane also included in the drink menu of breakfast ! |

Hotel stuff was efficient, attentative and polite. Bathroom well equiped and clean. Room was clean with enough space. Restaurant and bar facilities excellent. Shower leaking into the floor, air conditioning not working and not repared during our stay. Constant noise from third floor (renovation). |

Everything was up to our expectations, the advise provided by the staff at the reception regarding restaurants was excellent. The only small problem was the A/C not functioning well, but this did not create a mayor inconvenience, since we could open the windows. |

We had an amazing (big) room. The View was not outstanding but the room was great. I think not all rooms are of the same quality however. |

No one informed that they are currently renovating the hotel. They should compensate for the noice. I booked this hotel with you for mr de glanville mr Wright and Mr Shelley and was embarrased! |

It was sufficient and the stuff was friendly The price is a little bit high in comparison with other good hotels in Innsbruck and the view is not so perfect but that is not a problem |

not much the renovations spoilt it renovations noisy, rooms are not adequate for business. firewalls need to be turned off for wifi. although they moved us to a suite the noise was still bad. renovations started at 7:30 am or earlier and did not stop until 7pm. the staff were very nice and the hotel needs the change as the rooms are very tired. I would say don't stay until the entire renovations have been completed. |

Very polite staff; excellent breakfast buffet; clean room; nice bar; quiet room (although it headed towards the street); I hope they keep the rural style of the rooms even after the planned renovation; alas I arrived pretty late and left soon so I couldn't check the recreational facilities |

The staff were excellent , very helpful and quick The sauna and fitness centre were out of action , no one told us before booking . There is construction work going on on the same side as the room we got , it started just after 7 am . |

central, asking for way back to hotel is easy because it is by the main train station. Decoration of the room is very good (wood on all walls and even ceiling). Free Internet. absolutely no noise in the room (room at the back on 5th floor) Hotel is under reconstruction, so you see some construction here and there, but not much, and not in the main areas. TV could improve, zapping from channel to channel is not too good. |
