1.Grand Delicious Breakfast Buffet:) 2.very nice and impired furniture. 3. I have 2 kids and the hotel gave me a larger room it had an extra coach turn to a bed. 3. the location just opposite to the train station (bahonhof) and all buses stops there. 4. Reception Staff helps u all the time, and can show u the city map and where to go and how to reach there. 1.No intrenet in room, wireless internet in the lobby was very slow!! Not enough for me. 2. Innsbruck is a very small town, no need for a car, can be any where by buses and Taxies, We rent a car, and the Parking was with fees, and could be expensive for some people. |

i dont know if the room we had was that bad because we had a special rate, Bathroom interior was at least from the 1980's, the only chair in the room was falling apart when u tried to lift it, broken tiles on the walls, door frames eaten up by humidity, but similar damage could be seen in the hallway, the bed was too short for me (6"4'), the mattress felt like you would sleep on plain boxsprings.. |

The rooms were very nice - especially the bathrooms. We were a little disappointed with the location. It was further from the center of the city than we had thought. |

Quiet rooms, nicely located from the old city. size of room. Single room are smaller than used to, but the room was nicely furnushed and bed was confortable. Outstanding breakfast. |

The hotel was under renovation and we were offered an upgraded room to compensate. The renovations are extremely attractive. The breakfast buffet was extensive. Extremely personable staff. |

the staff was excellent, the hotel was centrsally located & the breakfast was great no way to adjust the tempin the room...I had to sleep with the window open since it was sooo hot in the room. Also they were under renovation & this should have been mentioned in the booking as they had no bar |

I liked the staff, they are so friendly I have stayed many times, it does not warrant 5 stars, the rooms are tired and old fashioned, i stayed in my usual room and the wall paper was in the same state. It is such a pity that the rooms have not been up dated. It is not worthy of 5 star status - yes the staff make it 5 star. but you pay for 5 star and the rooms are probably 3 star. |
