Shower was ok, towels were not dirty, bed was convenient, heating was ok too. All together everything was just fine without any luxury. The hotel is good to stay for several nights. Not superior, but you feel yourself good as it is clean, has good location (several minutes to Alser Strasse metro station. The room has also safe where you can put all your valuables and lock it with your own code. Cleaning of the room is done regularly. Breakfast is also good: fruits, coffee, tea, cappuchino, boiled eggs, juices, several kinds of bread, butter, cheese and etc. In one word - if you are not fastidious person and need good accomodation for good price for several days - this hotel is the right choice!!! |

A very good and comfortable Hotel for a good price. No breakfast included but available in the Hotel restaurant. Check-out is reinforced by being locked-out of one's room on the day before leaving. If that is the Hotel's policy, it should be stated beforehand. |

Good location, internet connection in rooom, garage for car on departure day the room maid come to us at 9h where we sleep!!! The hotel staff are not quite professional because they locked our room last day without any warrning, because of unpaid bill. We come at 0:30h to Hotel an must pay it before they unlocked it again!!! This is bad practice! |

Service, staff, breakfast, room and parking were all great, we really enjoyed our time there. The only problem with it is that it is a long way from the city and can be difficult to find if you are going by car. If you arrive by train in Salzburg you will need to take a taxi or local buses |

Close to metro station I didn't like this hotel: very small room, small beds, lift was very slow. The bar was closing at 10 pm and we even can't drink a tea. Area where this hotel is located is not interesting and not beautiful and far to the city centre - about 20 min on the transport. |
