Kids liked the pool...adults liked the yard, scenery, building, service and tranquility. Wlan didn't reach to our room. |

The location of the hotel is excellent (10 min. from Salzburg and aprox. 20 min. to the ski resorts, termal baths...).The indoor pool was great for the kids after the skiing day.The staff is very friendly and helpful. |

Everything was ok, not luxurious but comfortable and clean. Closed to Salzburg centre, free swimming pool, own parking. Very gentle staff. The menu of the restaurant is quite poor and, pity, it is allowed to smoke inside. |

The reception staff - Was friendly, helpful and prepared to assist us in English. The indoor swimming pool was great - even while it was freezing outside.The family room allocated to us was spacious and the bathroom was larger than what we expected. The breakfast was good. During supper there was only one friendly and helpful waiter. At peak times this causes some kind of delay. The hotel is not on a well serviced bus route - you have to wait long and the last evening bus is just before 20:00. The smoking in the dining room was not a pleasant experienced and resulted in us leaving the room early. |

This is a beautifully remodeled hotel. I found the furnishings quaint and colorful, in bright, airy, open rooms. The receptionist was intelligent and genuine, and very informative. The restaurant menu is very plain, but reasonably priced. The bathroom in the room in which we stayed bespoke the true age of the building. Although clean, it was needs remodeling to fit the beauty of the rest of the setting. Although there was nothing wrong with it's functionality, it just looked out of date. The restaurant is immediately next to the indoor pool, and smells strongly of chlorine when you first enter. We were quick to adjust to it. |

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We would stay there again if we went back to Austria! The room we stayed in was very warm....too warm for us! Other thatn that everything was fine!! |

Two kinds of sauna (Finnish and steambath), spacious room (junior suite), very kind and helpful staff Dark bathroom with no ventillation, double bed had two matresses with a gap in the middle, smoking area is not separated in restaurant |

2 minutes from the bus stop; 10 minutes from the airport; short bus journey to Salzburg. Beautiful child-friendly grounds at the hotel;friendly staff. Although hotel is situated just off a busy main road, inside the hotel it was peaceful and quiet. Indoor pool great but freezing! We would certainly recommend this hotel. smoking in the dining room - no smoking ban still not applicable in Austria |

This was a very nice hotel in a very convenient location for spending time in Salzburg and Bertchesgaden. We have young children, and the play area at the hotel was very nice for them. The staff was very friendly and helpful. |

Absolutely beautiful! Large amount of money invested in decoration. Outstanding lawn. Pool, chess board, hammock, pong pong, kids playground. Woodwork and decor thoughout stunning. Wonderful breakfast with attentive staff. Much closer to Salzburg than I pictured. Just beautiul! Couldnt establish wireless connection to log on to Internet. Owner he worked hard on this but knows of the problem. They have a spare laptop in a room where router is, and/or they'll connect you to their system with a cable. But Internet use cant be from room and wireless, at least in our case. |

I did not care for the fact that we thought we were going to be able to have 4 adults in the same room and then when we got there we were told it would be too small and we needed to book an additional room. We then had to pay more than a regular room would cost for our original booking plus the cost for the additional room because there weren't 2 of the regular rooms. |

The quad room that we booked was large and it had nice furniture. The food in the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Our children enjoyed the indoor swimming pool. Internet would not work in our room, had to take our laptop and sit in the reception area to get connection. |

Access from motorway. Choice of menu. Swimming pool and garden We booked three rooms six months before our trip. One of the rooms was on the ground floor, very cramped and overlooked the car park. The other rooms - one on the first floor and one in the annex beside the garden were much better. It almost spoiled our stay but were able to change rooms to a slightly better one. It seems unfair that there is such disparity in the rooms when price is the same |

Very friendly staff and only 10 mins drive from centre of Salzburg. Excellent buffet breakfasts. Very child friendly and large garden to play in with climbing frame and trampoline. THe bathroom was inside and did not appear to have a working fan and so got rather muggy and smelly. Was a bit noisy as close to a busy road. |
